Totally agree with y’all! The jewel worlds were likely set up in TOR era. I think Tak killed the emissary and took his ship a few hundred years ago around the HR era. But he likely got any info on who else knew of the location. Then killed them all and took there mint ship. Thus ending the communication from the republic and At Attin. After the 8 jewels were destroyed it was likely kept very secret. Tak acquired the only existing coordinates and killed the few republic officials with the knowledge. The message was probably automated that went out on all republic channels about the traitorous Jedi many years later. That’s why there were so many vaults of credits, they were just being stockpiled for hundreds of years even. So Palpatine would never know if it’s existence.
