Baked pancarrè tiles - Savory pancarrè pie

Today we are going to prepare some very tasty baked pancarrè tiles. In fact it would be a delicious savory pie made of sandwich bread. Very little is needed to make the tiles and you can use any type of salami and cheese to fill it. I prepared them with bread for sandwiches but sandwich bread is fine too. I then stuffed with cooked ham, emmental and mozzarella. This dinner-saving recipe will certainly be useful for you. With these doses you will get six very tasty stringy tiles.
Ingredients
- 12 slices of bread for sandwiches
- Sliced Emmental
- Cooked ham in strips
- Diced mozzarella
- An egg
- 150ml of milk
- A pinch of salt
