This is great to practice at home and makes a nice warm-up combination. You mentioned possibly adding some additional steps to make it longer--were those ever done? if so what are they called so I can check them out. Thank you for making these great tutorials.
love the combination, with there was more tap dancing because I lose focus in between the words. if maybe the explanation was at the end, and all the dancing upfront. thank you home the less. that was great.
only just viewed this one going to have a go in my shed at the bottom of the garden where I can curse loudly and out of earshot until I get it right, thanks Shelby, if I was 30 years younger I'd propose!!😊
@@qweiop1959 I have a bunch of foot problems so the cushion from the sock feels better on my feet. I just saw this by the way... sorry it took so long for me to respond!
I think for beginners who don’t know counts, and especially beginners who have done other kinds of dance and understand 1-2-3-4 this is unhelpful and unnecessary? Idk. I learned tap without these counts (and with step names).
Whether or not counts help you personally, and regardless of how you were taught, I would never teach a combination without them for any level as a courtesy to those who do find them helpful.
Newbie here. I love how you teach. Especially appreciate your explanation of timing. Thanks!
OMG, YOU'RE BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE ON TH-cam!!
Thank you!!!
love the combinations and hope you do more of them!
Thanks Shelby love the combo video. Could you give some ideas of the music you like that swings. Love your tap to rials. Thank you
+Gail Friedberg Yes I will try to make a video soon about songs that swing!
Love it … thx

I haven't made a part 2 yet... is that something you'd be interested in?
I would love it and I believe others would too. I've been doing reps of the one above to make it longer :).
