thanks for your efforts, i have a comments, when you checked the deflection, the stiffness for all members should be in services not factored, and before designing the slab, you should check the dimensions of the drops with comparing design shear and Vmax,

Is there any rule for providing the base story height and plinth beam dimensions, like on what basis you have provided the grade beam dimensions and base story height as 6'? Is it necessary to provide base story?

This is foundation depth. To provide column height upto plinth beam from foundation we need to provide this height.
