Please UG the score doesn’t show on the transcript only the grade letter. So if I am using the numerical scale how will I do it please

You can ignore the name of courses on your transcript and just use the credit and score/grade

The name isn’t important. Focus on the credit and the grade

Use the letter scale. Do not choose the numerical scale
It shot me up from 3.49 to 3.91

If the University you are applying to requires you to evaluate your transcript then you should.
