    You know, Darius Milhaud wrote "A Frenchman in New York" for the B side of Gershwin's American in Paris. It's rarely performed, but it should be performed. It's a great work!

    Love this, haven’t heard it for years. Also like Parker’s music accompanying Betjeman’s poetry.

    Loved Jim Parker’s comment ‘Put in proper, good live players and you get out more than you put in’ well done RPO captured the mood and makes me want to go back despite travel restrictions. Fabulous performance.

    I love Parker's work, especially for Midsomer Murders. Can hardly stop listening, in particular to Faithful Unto Death and to Death in Disguise.

    Thank you! Great interview snippet and great play! Only so sad that the drummer was always the last guy at the tempo changes... didnt he know the piece?
    some distance-caused issues also happened... okay... but overall suxh a great and clean play of this wonderful music.
