I agree that everything is so much better in person. I really thought that looking at photos would give me an idea of what it was like I’m Greece, but boy was I wrong. It is sublime there.
Edit: oooh I’m jealous that you had a night before your full day in Athens! My friends and I *squeezed* Athens in our trip..flew into Athens from santorini at 8 am and crammed in a full day at the Acropolis, Ancient Agora, and the Acropolis museum before flying home the next day at 6 am (which happened to be a 24 hr travel day!) SO worth it though!!

I loved both vlogs from Greece, you captured it so beautifully. 🇬🇷💙 From my childhood till this day I visit Greece every summer (because I live by the border of it 😅🗺). I love the food 🌯, the culre 🤍 and most of it the beautiful sunsets behid the sea 🌅!
Hope you’ll visit it again, and I have some sugetions about more places if you want to visit, the islands Thasos, Naxos, Ios, the town of Parga, Lefkada and many more! 🏝⛵️

I’m glad you enjoyed Greece. My husband and I went for our 1 year anniversary/honeymoon it was well worth it. Loved each and every moment. I do plan to go back again and see Crete and Milo’s.

Dear Allison I discovered your channel by chance some months ago and I became addicted. I was very happy that both of you guys you had the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of my country and especially Milos which is my husband's birth island and the place that we have spent so many wonderful and unique moments.....Athens is my birth city, and I must admit that although it doesn't have the charme of some other famous european capitals, it has a lovely atmosphere in the most part of it... I am pretty sure that you collected some wonderful memories during your stay there and one day you will come back..... Ria

I'm catching up on your videos and loved your Greece vlog literally at the top of my list of places to visit not just because of how beautiful the country is but also because I have family that lives in Greece. Family I've never met before. So glad y'all had such a wonderful time.
Just got back from Greece a week ago. Your trip was so much better. Tips for friends that I will pass along. Hope to go back & have a better experience. Must be very careful. I was robbed in Athens on day 1 of all my money & passport. But, the islands, as you said, were ‘glorious’, especially, Santorini.

Just to mention that for years now Greece is trying to take back from the British Museum the stolen marbles and statues of Acropolis. The empty space among the Karyatides is the most touching exhibit of the museum
Yes the British has so many artificers. As an East African they have a lot of our stuff too.

If you ever visit Greece again or Italy or anywhere really, I highly recommend doing the big city first and then the countryside towns after because it will be a lot more relaxing!

They will be going to Santorini and Athens..but not milos. I told them they are missing the prettiest place!!!😢
