Worldgorger Dragon and Animate Dead. Dragon enters, exiling all permanents. Since Animate Dead left the battlefield, the Worldgorger it was attached to dies. This brings back all permanents exiled with Worldgorger's effect. Animate Dead enters, and brings back Worldgorger. Rinse and repeat. Since Worldgorger exiles and returns lands, the player can now tap for near infinite mana(as there must be an end point, so animate dead brings back a different creature at the end). They can cast Kroxa as many times as they want, ending the game through Kroxa's discard/life loss effect.
Delighted halfling shouldn't be able to tap green to cast arbor elf 😅
