@@mothridith9760 Ice is less dense than water, so the displacement is taking place because there's less room for liquid oceans. Water cannot compact itself very easily in terms of becoming more dense, so when the colder areas freeze more, the rest of the liquid oceans cannot force themselves under the frozen water on top, water just won't do that, it would need hundreds of times the pressure at the surface...therefore the density below the frozen areas, is being displaced from underneath the frozen surfaces to the remainder of the unfrozen ocean

As a challenge for you Gray, find a way to make every planet livable without changing their position. (For an added challenge, No tampering of the Sun.....you can if you wish to though). I would love to see you take on this challenge. Whether it be by changing the size of the planet via mass and radius, shooting water at it, or having to melt the cores with lasers. Anything goes and it's free game, just no moving the planets. After all, all's fair in "Science". Love your vids, keep up the great work.

@satratic127 climate change doesn't mean everywhere gets hot. Some get colder, some a bit warmer, some s cooler. It messes with localised climate on a global scale

The body of water in Africa that just absolutely refused to freeze is Lake Victoria. It is surrounded By Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya. Oh yes, -20Cs is pretty normal winter in a lot of Canada. In Ottawa, our national capital, we can drop to -30s and feel like -40 with the windchill. We can also hit +30’s feeling like 40C with the humidex. So…. Canada is the first stages of a Grey Still Plays episode.

9:39 Venus won't be habitable no matter the temperature, due to the atmosphere density meaning the air will literally crush you. You could change its atmosphere out for the Earth atmosphere preset though, and it would cool down a LOT.

@@Dimensionfoxx ahh yes. good ol' Manitoba. i know the feeling of those poor Albertans, Saskin's, and Winnipeg lol. my hometown was in kitimat BC and we can get up to 6 feet of snow in a single night. the word "Kitimat" even translates to "Valley of the Snow" and our town sign is literally a giant snowflake. we also have a species of bear that no one else, as far as i know, has in the world: the Ghost Bear.

I think the temperature seems inconsistent on Earth because of the seasons. Like how you lowered the temperature of the sun and somehow got a higher max temperature on Earth. Likely it is because the earth is just closer to the sun anyway

My best guess is the sea level is rising due to the falling level of atmospheric temperature. Less heat = less evaporation, less evaporation = less humidity. Since humidity is a measure of water in the air, as it drops and the water condenses, or becomes its liquid form, it begins filling into the water level
