It is very nice nice nice, to see the high roof roof roof, there seems to be an echo echo echo, I like the house house house and it is big big big. Thank you Mr Ambassador Zim Zim Zim. 😂😂😂
Hey Mr. Zim! 😄 Just when I thought I had seen it all, you show us a home with better tech than my local café! That Wi-Fi door and reverse osmosis system? I might just have to move in! 🏡💻 And let’s be honest, a couch in the second bedroom-perfect for those late-night snack raids! 🍕😂 Can't wait to see more of these amazing homes!
Nice house but the rooms are quite small, especially bedrooms and Living room. I'd also agree with other comments that that architecture needs ma hardwood floors. Can you rent it without furniture coz some may find the Chinese furniture tasteless. This should be a standard house in all our suburbs, but 1500 is a bit of a stretch considering the tiny space, location and tacky furniture and no wooden floors.
@@chihelele5242 yah, I think those are small things that lack in our Zimbabwean architecture. Considering it rains a lot and you could track in mud, an entryway at that price point was important. That's a valid point.
unfortunately, if come back after one year and it will be kwachu kwachu, however great video can you pls do the same with those houses built for SADC summit in Mt Hampden
I believe these cluster houses will primarily attract tourists and diasporans because, given Zimbabwe's current economic climate, very few locals can afford them. Nonetheless, they are well-constructed.
Very small rooms and the garden is tiny. I wouldn't want to leave the diaspora to live the same crowded constrained life. I need space and trees! Beautiful I guess for others, but not for me.
The exterior of the house is beautiful but the inside is poorly designed. TV right at the entry door , small and dark kitchen and dining, bedrooms are depressing . Very disappointing .
so real it is poorly designed l would rather prefer to bring my own furniture the darkness in the house isnt nice l think light colours would do and the furniture is crowded simplicity is beautiful no need for a lot of stuff

@@MrZim263 The problem in Zimbabwe we create an artificial shortage of opportunities so that we overcharge what should be very cheap. To be fair that property must cost USD 80k . The reason why it's 230k is because instead of government or local authority developing and selling stands, they create an artificial shortage of land, which is then sold to private developers who then overcharge. Zimbabwe has plenty land, and most building materials are locally available, why should such a property cost a quarter of a million dollar,. This is not New York city
@@ElijahMukokotatrue, trees add a better aesthetic and obviously add much needed shade. But when people plan this they never put that into consideration.
Zim property market is a joke, inflated pricing of land, property and cost of construction makes this extremely expensive an environment to invest. These pads look just like some of the ones we have here in the states, love this, Zim has advanced greatly

It would be a horrible standard😢
Walking straight into the livingroom like the colonial Ghetto homes is a big ne for me

Definitely walking straight into the living room nah, not for me, rental too high for that kinda, it's a no for me

Is it a house or apartment? Apartment is a share in a building. Just need a clarification.
Thank you
Good content 😊

I second that. 🎉🎉🎉
I agree 100%
The furniture in that house is horrendous

So hapna dzinotengeswa hre
Usd1500 (25000rand, 19000pula) is ludicrous for that location.

What's the price if you want to purchase the property?
$230 000
@@MrZim263you can buy a proper house in a good part of hillside with that amount of- on 1300sqm of land.

Nice buh too much rent for the location
Madokero is in a good location to be honest.
It's a very good location
The units are fast running out
Nice house but garden is not proportionate to size of house. Garden is too small.
Beautiful design but I don’t like (1) the tiles, (2) furniture, (3) door frames (very old type)
1 500 usd monthly is outrageous,nonsensical
Bro Ts small asl
Ma tiles though , i would prefer hardwood flooring, the floors are giving poverty
Ukaitenga unozvi chinjira, it's not that bad wit the tiles though.

Things are happening in Zimbabwe, I wish they can plant trees everywhere so that we can have more rain and better weather
You can always put laminated floors over the tiles. You can change the floors to wood yourself

1500 rent to buy here😢
No just rent
This is not modern at 😅😅😅
