Hi Angela although several years have passed since you post this video they are still excellent teaching videos. I'm a senior citizen and I have started to quilt thanks to your excellent videos.
I just bought the unlimited to watch your cute show True Up. You are an inspiration to all of us busy women. Thank you ! I watch your shows while I quilt. So it is like we are quilting together as friends would even at midnight !
So... I watched both episodes of True Up that are up on Craftsy right now, and OMG - THEY'RE SO GOOD. Seriously, please make them longer. I knew I'd like them, but Angela, they're incredibly good. You guys are onto something here. I'd watch full-on series about you, your family and your business. If anyone is considering watching them, DO IT.
I think this is my most favorite quilt you’ve made, Angela! Great job! No worries, Chloe, I think your mom is amazing and her videos are must-sees for me. It makes my day when I can sit down and relax and watch your mom create!
Glad to see you back! Enjoy those teen years, even when the kids drive you nuts. And they do come back around. Mine are grown and now they call me their “badass mom.” :-)
You’re doing a great job with your kids! They will all love you in a more obvious way someday. I love that quilt you made and the fat quarter bundle and the great all over spiral feather! Thank you!
I'm going tomorrow to buy quilting fabric and make my first quilt...I'm a senior citizen but it's never too late to start quilting...right? Thank you Angela for your tips n encouragement
What better thing to do in your senior years it’s a great hobby. Have fun and U tube has a wealth of knowledge and of course Angela is one of the best. Good luck
I'm also a senior citizen who's getting ready to start quilting. I have a pattern & material ready to begin the process. I love Angela's videos so much! She's very entertaining and enthusiastic about her work, which gets me motivated, too. She's a joy to watch & learn from her techniques! So good luck, Martha! Perhaps we will see one of your quilts posted online!!!! Or maybe even one of mine!
I have watched the first two episodes of your new True Up series and love your goats! I can't imagine how you manage to do as much as you do...whew! Tired me out just watching. It's great to see how you live life to the fullest and still stay so real. Thanks for letting us share a bit of your personal life, Angela.
Sew glad you’re back Angela! Just when I think you’re as creative as you can get, you jump up and have another wonderful show! Love how you share the family with us! Your new show will top the charts I bet!
I'm a senior quilter, started after I retired, actually started 10 years before that but didn't have the time to finish my first quilt. I did finish after retirement, and I made so many mistakes, but no one ever noticed! Now I am attempting to learn free motion quilting. I have not been very sucessful, but I will keep trying. I think a stitch regulator would help me, lol. Keep the tutorials coming I really need them!
Been there done that with the sleep overs. My kids are all older now and really appreciate that they were able to do that! Such great memories even for me! Unfortunately I did not quilt at that time. :(. Your videos now are helping me to design when I can’t sleep!!!!
Oh my goodness, I knew that I loved you and now to know that you have goats, you could have a friend for life. Your home and surrounding area are beautiful!!! I really need to get my husband to travel to Missouri so that I see your shop. PS I love the Quilt that you are making. Thanks for sharing your life outside of quilting with us.
Just discovered your quilt videos and love what you do. I quilted years ago and am just getting back into it. Going slow. Having to relearn much. Thank you so much for the inspiration.
I'm so glad you are back!!!! You inspire me to try new things with every show. I'm sure someday your son will realize you are a cool mom......LOL! Your daughters are so cute!
LOL I too used to call my mom to apologize. Now my daughter with a 4-1/2 and 2 year old is calling me to apologize. So much fun. Glad you are back and am going to check out your new series on Craftsy now.
your son will love you again, mine thought he was too cool too! now that he's in the army, he loves me even more. I really think he comes home for the food.
I watched your first True Up video and loved it. You have such a terrific property and the goats are so cute, as are the kids. How super that you get to spend your time doing what you love. It was a great idea sharing your life as well as your quilting online. Keep up the wonderful job!
You mentioned Goats! The best are those miniature dairy goat >>>Nigerian Dwarfs...so full of antics and nothing is better than babies! I'm a new follower of yours!
So happy you’re back! Love all of your shows! I learn so much from all of the videos and the plus side is I can go back and re watch as needed. Love all of the jokes along with the quilting tutorials.
Hi! I am new to your channel and already I am hooked! I have started quilting while I'm on maternity leave and I love sitting in my sewing room watching your videos while I sew... you make me laugh so much especially all the Mum jokes! THANK YOU :)
Great to see your new video! Congrats on new show. Thanks for making your videos on how to Machine Quilt. Love your books. I'm becoming a better quilter because of them.
Angela flower, i would say continue to enjoy your little treasures as much as possible, because suddenly they are all grown up and you miss all the drama that used to go on in the house. Any way, this is a lovely fat quarter design and even if i can't be random and would put them all graduating out( hey, i'm not as able to control the matchy matchy way that i must have them and oh how i do envy how you do manage to stop yourself from making it flow and able to do pick and go). I have realised that i am a total nightmare about matching and totally no use at spontaneity and just do what comes. My friends all know that i match from inside out to everything and it carries on through my crafting world. Love the design and love the quilt, but i hope you recover from the sleep over, because it's always like having a new baby in the house i felt. I could never rest easy because i was responsible for someone else's child. Thank you Angela for another great video and a pattern that i will do for my new baby granddaughter's quilt.
Yes, we have 3 daughters, so I know exactly what a sleepover entails. Yes, lots of noise! Enjoy, those days as they will fly by. Now all our daughters are grown, married and have their own children. Only sleepovers we have now are the grandkids and that is so fun for us.
Yes Angela, those kids will love you later in life. They will think you are cool and awesome and wonder how the heck you did it all. Then, they will tell you the funny parts. Lol!!
Really love this quilt♡ I like the True Up a lot also! About your son... I have an almost 15 year old son also. I just bake for him or make his fave supper. At least then I'm cool... not so sure all the other times 😄
Adore the new show!!!! Your family is so sweet and oh my gosh I want goats now! They are so precious! We plan on getting a farmhouse in the next few years....hoping goats will be on the agenda now too! :-) Glad you are back!
Please invite us all over for a slumber party!!! I'll bring a Ziploc filled with wine! PS - Going to watch True Up on Craftsy Unlimited right now! Congrats on that!
Ok. So I was really fighting the whole annual subscription from Craftsy because I hate to rent anything but I might have to cave to see your behind the seams. I just finished watching the first episode. I truly enjoyed it all and would love to see more. I’m so glad your husband is doing well after his ordeal. I almost lost my husband to an autoimmune disorder back in 2013. He was actually in the hospital when I begged him to let me buy the Janome Horizon so I could start quilting. I was desperate for a creative outlook and needed something to help me through the stress and emotional torment of having a spouse reside in a hospital over an hour away for a month and a half. I had never quilted before. I can’t tell you how quickly I became addicted to it! Thankfully my husband’s condition went into remission and he has supported my quilting habit enough to buy me the HQ Amara. Thanks for sharing your life and loves with us. I’m so glad it has brought you prosperity. Your family is darling. The love and support shows through on the videos and your cute references to all of them. God Bless.
So glad you are back! Bought your first book over the weekend and my plan is to quilt through each design before I move on to something new. So excited for your new series too!
Beautiful quilt! I could never pick just one favorite, but this one is in the top 100. Lol. I do wonder if you truly make this entire quilt, or any, in one night? Sometimes I spend a half a day just cutting the fabric! I'm new to quilting so perhaps I'm just slow. Anywho, love your quilts and love your show!
This is by far the most exciting of many of your other patterns that are undoubtedly very beautiful too. Thank you for these
Agreed
Hi Angela although several years have passed since you post this video they are still excellent teaching videos. I'm a senior citizen and I have started to quilt thanks to your excellent videos.
Angela, I don’t know how you do it all, but I am so glad you do!! Sending thanks and love! ❤️
Awe that's so sweet.. Your mom is awesome.
Wow! Those blocks are amazing.
Love the quilt! And, yes, they do come back around and lovingly appreciate their mommas again.
I just bought the unlimited to watch your cute show True Up. You are an inspiration to all of us busy women. Thank you ! I watch your shows while I quilt. So it is like we are quilting together as friends would even at midnight !

I'm jealous of the sleepover! Glitter is my favorite color....
Glad to see you back! Enjoy those teen years, even when the kids drive you nuts. And they do come back around. Mine are grown and now they call me their “badass mom.” :-)

It's never too late!! :-)
I'm so proud of you..you are right..it's better late than never. And remember..it doesn't have to be perfect...
What better thing to do in your senior years it’s a great hobby. Have fun and U tube has a wealth of knowledge and of course Angela is one of the best. Good luck
I just started quilting at 59. Had no time when raising my kids and then working to pay for college, weddings etc. Now I have my own time for ME.
I'm also a senior citizen who's getting ready to start quilting. I have a pattern & material ready to begin the process. I love Angela's videos so much! She's very entertaining and enthusiastic about her work, which gets me motivated, too. She's a joy to watch & learn from her techniques!

Finally..... I'm so glad you are back!!! You are a truly inspiration.

LOL about the Sharpie!
Jewel tone fabrics are luscious, make this quilt pop. I too text my son rather than run around the house or yell...the modern day intercom. ☺️
Lovely pattern. I must make one soon.
So glad you are back! Bought your first book over the weekend and my plan is to quilt through each design before I move on to something new. So excited for your new series too!
