Dear friend - May be your ISP is blocking the particular site. Or thier default DNS not working for this site. For the latter case try changing/overidding the DNS manually in your PC.
solution for me. is zoom out because i zoom in on the website before and then it turn blank everytime i enter. now it's fixed when i zoom out before the blank popup

My problem is that some images wont load when i open the browser again, i mean they do load when i click on them but when i close and open the browser again they dont load and it happens on mi browser and google chrome..on my phone....

@@brainerstech i tried another browser that i downloaded and works fine while the other browser that i have doesn't work and i think i have good connection, i mean it does have problems with the connection sometimes. Also i updated my phone before few days could it be this the problem to be and it's weird that when i visit the site where the image it's from and when i reload it works fine and also when i try to reload the image without internet it works also...
