Some other word than 'control' may be better here beacuse of its negative connotation. When we learn to relax into this big sky mind often we can find the support of nature, our true nature of mind, primordially secure, fearless. without limit, unobstructed, sunnya, aware, unborn and wise.

Thank you for posting all the great content on this TH-cam channel... I've noticed that Adyashanti's wonderful "Not My Will, But The Heart's Will Be Done" meditation is no longer available, and I'm wondering if you can tell me what talk it was derived from, as I haven't been able to find it anywhere else.

Hi, yes that meditation was taken down by TH-cam at the request of Adyashanti's team.
I'm sorry, I can't quite remember where I initially found it.

@@DiamondMind OK, thanks for getting back to me on this! If there's any way I could get access to it, I'd love to know.

No luck finding the talk it was derived from, I assume.

I find it hard to remain focused when teachers habitually keep clearing their throat. Particularly a problem when listening on head phones. May be worth editing out on audio only versions

I think someone clearing their throat should be the least of one's worries. Try to focus less on the idea that a cough is disruptive, and more on just the raw data.

Guy Thomas: Annoyance is arising in your mind just like everything else. It’s not yours. No need to attach to it.

As the sounds arising and passing is part of the meditation I think all the noises are very appropriate

Why is everyone telling him how to feel? He's allowed to express humself. Freaking N*zis

People online today are so toxic, demanding, spoilt, ugly, and on a meditation offered for free. You make me sick and the millions like you. Stop polluting all that is good.
