Great information on how to read a label, what ingredients should you avoid when buying cauliflower pizzas? Love your podcasts. Lost 20 pounds thanks to being on your PHD weight loss program. Gained 10 back. Trying to not get discouraged and do what works for me. Thanks so much Dr. Ashley

You've got this! Reach out to us for support. Do your monthly check ins with us so we can help to hold you accountable. No need to get discouraged as this is the process for some people and it is totally okay! Avoid starches like potato starch, tapioca starch, rice flour and such. I hope this helps and I'm cheering you on!

This, to me, is the most important information and has been the most valuable to me in my journey. The one thing I took away was the fiber info. I have not been looking at fiber, but I will going forward. Thanks Dr A!

I am getting better at reading labels. It is surprising. Trying to get my 90 year old mother to understand how this works is frustrating. Her blood sugar is higher than it should be. I am forwarding this to her to watch. thanks Dr Ashely
