When making small functional bathroom, make a 3x1 rectangle, put the university stand alone shower in the middle, toilet on one side, sink on the other. The door goes on the shower tile. This bathroom is indeed functional, even if it doesn’t look like it

My parents’ bed is literally bigger than the one bathroom in my house. Their bed is a queen-sized bed, but the bathroom is absolutely tiny.

Yeah but even when Gray provides all the things necessary for their survival, his Sims always end up dying. I have never seen Sims that embrace Grim as easily as his Sims do 😂

Okay the house is actually really cute. Although, it would have been perfect for the Murphy bed with the couch on it. You could have had the TV on the opposite side and suddenly you've got a living room where you don't break your neck trying to watch TV haha. The space on the middle floor would then be perfect for a desk!

That and Sims can scoot over now on double beds so they can be shoved up against the wall. I kinda hate the Murphy beds, they break and sims are too dumb to use them lol

Challenge idea- Build a house only using pre set rooms. You cannot move any stuff in the rooms. You can only add windows since I don’t think you get windows with the rooms. Good luck!

You can make a 3x1 bathroom with the door in the middle so there’s a wall either side then put the university shower right where you walk in then a toilet and sink either side of the shower

you can make a bathroom out of three tiles (closed off too) if you use the university shower
You can also actually squeeze everything into a fully functional two tile bathroom and it works

You can do a 3x1 bathroom by using the university shower, like right as you walk in shower, left toiler, right sink (i mean sink and bathroom where you want). It's that easy to save space :)) Love the house tho, it looks so cuuuuuteee

You can prep food on the inner corner counter piece, so to make the kitchen without having the counter clip the window, use a corner piece on the other side and work around that.

You know sims can walk in half tiles the bed would have fit in between the latter an the wall and you could have had the longer table in the kitchen I know from experience trust me I’ve fit a sink and a toilet on 1 tile for rags to riches 😅
I would've put in a bunch of Tiny Living stuff in there, like a murphy bed but this turned out really good! Keep it up!

You should make a house like this where the bathroom is an entire floor and the bathtub is in the middle of the room. Cause that is just honestly goals ✨
because of the plant on 3rd floor, tour sim can't even get up there so it's okay. another space saver is making that skinny dresser a makeshift bedside table, i mean, do they even need two giraffe lamps? also you could've made the bathroom smaller if you had placed the first ladder properly, the walls remove it because the sims don't have space to get up onto. But it is a cute skinny elevator looking house. Plus tge window boxes are always a great touch. :3

You should do a challenge like this but you have to make the BIGGEST house possible. You can chose what lot but you have to use the ENTIRE lot and have the most floors possible.
New challenge idea! Take out all the furniture and whatever you want to put in the house, then build the shell, but you can only use the items you pulled out at the beginning to fill the house
I've made a 4x4 and a 5x5 one story house and boyyyy they took me so long lol but I fit everything in somehow!
You could've put the tv in the bedroom because your sims will sit on the side of the bed to watch it. Also if you wanted to, you could wrap stairs around the outside of the house. That might make it 5 by 5 though but yeah. Love your builds and videos!

Tippy tip! When you gotta build up, instead of out, make it modern. Example, move the second story so it's overhanging with columns underneath, which creates a balcony space on the other side aaaand, a place for your ladders. They don't have to be inside and talking up your precious space. Same for the third floor but the opposite direction. I do love your elevator though. 🤣❤️

(I know you’ve already done some of these before, these are just some of my favorite challenges) Love you a Vixella!🥰
Sims only need half a tile to walk!! (So you could’ve scooted the bed over half a tile) And you could’ve used the Tiny Living tv!
For a sim challenge, you could do a sim and randomize their traits and then pick their features all the way down to their clothing. Also for a building challenge, you could always do every room is a different trait or every room is a different aspiration.
You only need ½ a tile to access a bed, doubles can be fully functional on just 3 tiles
