Red Fox is my first choice followed by Pat Morita. Sanford & Son was one of the best sitcoms ever produced for TV. Thanks for including them on Facts Verse. 👍🥰

Redd Foxx was simply one funny guy and the show Sanford and Son will go down as one of the best ever TV sitcoms. The cast members were great as were the show's writers.

Sanford and Son is my favorite show. Redd Foxx was an extraordinary actor and a great comedian. He is one of my favorite stars. May they all rest in peace. Great Stars, Amazing People!
That show is my all time favorite, as soon as I see a rerun playing on TV, I automatically sit down and watch it. Just habit. Like the time they were dealing cards "Two finger drag with the thumb on the bottom!" lol. I'm guessing Lamont is the last man standing these days.

The first episode was when Fred has Bubba pretend to be Blind Mellow Jella Jr to convince a record collector to buy records Fred had. Bubba would repeatedly say I want my daddy’s records. In the end Fred shares his good fortune with a twist of irony only to robbed of his last ten dollars by a robber pretending to be a photographer for a local newspaper.
I watched the Della Reese interview about Redd's death and how the producer's interrupted an interview Redd was having to just walk past the camera in a scene, he had no lines and this was a rehearsal. He was pissed because they stopped the interview for such a stupid reason and had the heart attack.
