- A short weekend getaway to Huizhou 惠州, a city in central Guangdong Province. The journey took around 1.5 hours by bus from Hong Kong. Wandering around the peaceful alleys and neighborhoods in Huicheng district, we discovered Huizhou's rich history and culture, learnt about the Chinese poet Su Shi, and immersed ourselves in arts and local delicacies.
