@@anonimousanon4166 Supercoppa is a mini-tournament at the beginning of the season where the top-ranking teams of last season face each other. The Supercoppa is elimination tournament where numerous teams of all levels play an opponent and needs to beat them in order to make it further. The last teams standing will battle for the cup, this tournament can take place mid-season or spread out over multiple phases in the season. The superlega is the all-season long competition where all teams within the same division play each other twice (home and on visit) and will gain points on a ranking in order to decide seats for play-offs. The winner of the eventual play-offs will become champions.

I'm new into volleyball can you tell me the difference between superlega and supercoppa? Or super cup?
The SuperLega is the top division of the Italian men's volleyball championship and is organised annually by the Lega Pallavolo Serie A, in collaboration with FIPAV (Italian Volleyball Federation). The team that wins the tournament (after 2 round robins and playoffs) is crowned Campione d'Italia and has the right to wear the Scudetto (a shield coloured with the colours of the Italian flag) on its uniform. Thirteen teams participate in the SuperLega.
At the end of the first round robin, the best 8 teams in the SuperLega participate in the Coppa Italia (playoffs).
The SuperCoppa sees the four best teams of the past season face each other: the Scudetto and Coppa Italia finalists take part, four positions all won by Civitanova and Perugia, so the subsequent ranking order criterion calls into play the third and fourth Regular Season teams, in that order Trento and Monza.
