Being a homeowner is a huge financial investment, not to mention you don't have the luxury of just up and moving to a new place every year as you outgrow it. In your early 20's, if you're single with no children, not everyone sees owning a family home as a priority. And myself personally living in San Francisco, that place is HUGE and a great deal for being less than 4k. Come out here and enjoy 600 sq ft, 1bdrm, tiny bathroom, no washer or dryer and old appliances for $3500... Makes me want to move to LA:) Congrats on the new place Chantel!
People wondering how she affords rent at all, you'd be surprised how much youtube, sponsorships, appearances, income from promoting uber/ubereats/fashion brands etc, and all her other partnerships pay. Not to mention her role in a major motion picture She doesnt spend ridiculous amounts on gucci bags and christian louboutin shoes.. Thats her trade off to live in a nicer apartment with slightly higher rent. Be happy for the girl and her advancements.... Its sad that so many people are so closed minded and live their life exactly how they've been TOLD they're "supposed to"
