Hi Alessandro, try to do the following steps.
1. Restart the panel (After a restart you have 2 minutes to reset the password)
2. Go to "System Settings" -> "Access Management"
3. Under "Secured Areas" -> "Advanced settings" -> Klick "Reset advanced settings pincode"
4. Initial password is set to 345678 in the background
5. Go to "System Settings" -> "Advanced settings" (not Access Management!!)
6. Type in the initial password (345678)
7. Set your own strong password
