Hey been a minute built my sharpshooter as u told me a while ago and slowly pushing to akkan had a question on if the balance patches will make deathstrike the main build thanks
Death strike will be higher dps and even easier to pull off with the balance changes, but I dont like the adren playstyle so I would have to really like it to swap my main to it. I am planning on making my second sharpshooter death strike first and if I like it I will make my main death strike. Death strike and LC will both be top tier builds so there is really no need to swap if you like LC.
Thanks for the upload. Looking forward to more videos. Have you tried or considered 50/50 swift/crit instead of mostly swift for LC? Isn't 1700 swift excessive? Would you say having 500 swift with LC MS buff is sufficient? You are switching your swift to DS, is it going to be crit/swift or spec? Regarding KBW or Adren, which one will you be taking?
I just really like the fast gameplay of full swift lc. I know it is lower damage but just feels really nice to play which is more important to me. For death strike I am planning on going full crit with swift neck. Adren is a lot better than KBW as you have a lot of tripods that give crit damage, which wont gain too much benefit with KBW. I personally dont like the adren playstyle, but want to switch up my other sharpshooter a bit and I plan on making and pushing an aero when it is released which also uses adren.
@@Blazespot Just a few days ago i made a 50/50 cri/swift build it instantly turned on one of my favorite alts gameplay wise pretty fun, i heard it performs better than the full swift build and is only like 5% weaker than your build, but i don't know maybe i will change to crit/spec with ancient accessories btw nice gameplay.
@@ricardobarbosa2773 I also personally run the 50/50 swift crit build, as i dont run out of mana compared to the full swift build even with salvation, and I also prefer the mobility factor that comes with the build. Also, it feels nice having snipe on like a 8-9 second cd compared to waiting a good 15. Moving slash also feels incredible and the dmg isn't as bad either.
@@Blazespot wouldn't kbw still be worth over the increased crit %? I don't want to give up my kbw necklace that quickly because re-accessorizing is $$$ and time-consuming. also, trying to prepare before the patch comes out, lol.
@@Morior-Invictus If you go for a +1, then you can keep keen blunt and go +1 adren. If you go only 5x3, you really want adren. The crit is so important that a +1 adren with keen is only like 1-2% better than an adren 5x3. This is just what I heard from sharpshooters that have played on korea with the changes, I will likely test stuff myself and see how much it really matters.
LC if you want chill gameplay, DS if you want high apm and higher damage. Both builds perform very well, cant go wrong with either. For DS you go full crit with swift on neck. For LC I would do the 50/50 crit/spec build.
I have a 5x3+2 build. LC Grudge KBW HM Adre and CD+2 with 900 crit 1400 spec running salvation build. Do you think my build is still good after balance patch drops in NA?
Im at 1572 SS, so what set is better for LC with spec crit? is have around 1680spec 610 crit (lvl9 ak gems lvl8 cdgems), i tried the nightmare set at the trixion and it seemed like a little bigger number, or am I wrong and just stay with salvation set? also i have KBW, CD, Grudge, LC HM and a Adre lvl1, i have another ring to swap the adre lvl1 with a ether predador witch was interesting since also give an atk and def buff, was planing to get a death strike lvl1 but seems that after the patch double engraving dosent work anymore right? Sorry for the long question lol
You probably want hallucination to get max crit. Getting max crit chance on sharpshooter is highest priority. Double engraving doesnt work anymore, best +1 is adren.
Hallu 4 is troll imo, almost every raid has scenarios where you are not hitting for a bit and you lose it. If you are having mana problems, put on an extra focus rune or mana tripod.
cracked gameplay right there man! also what is the secret to your huge pile of gold? been having trouble pushing my roster to 1560 lately(cuz of irl work) so some pointers on how to manage you manage your gold would really help thanks!
I am a hardcore player that plays this game basically as a second job, so some of the things I say might not be feasible for you. I made all my characters pretty early on into the game so they are able to keep up without spending gold (besides the raw honing costs). This game is a rich gets richer scenario, farming the highest chaos on release and being able to enter the highest raid content will mean you make more gold and stack unbound materials to sell or bound to push. My main roster is 1581, 1565, 1563, 1561, 1545 and 1540. My 3 highest below my main will easily be able to push to akkan normal with bound mats and raw gold, my other 2 1540's im thinking about as I am 100% replacing one of them with aero, so I will have to think if it is worth it to push one to 1580 or wait eventually if another class catches my eye. As for actually earning gold. Besides the obvious 18 raids a week, the accessories from those 18 raids net me about 50k-100k every week on average (this week I got about 150k). Ancient accessories go for a lot right now so being able to do several brel 5-6's can earn you a lot of gold. The excavating trade skill gives me about 5k a day for 8-10 minutes of farming. I do rested chaos and rested guardians only, didnt calculate how much gold I make from these, but it is probably around 25-30k per week. My advice would be to plan to have as many characters at 1580 as you can before akkan, even if you have to use all your gold. It will be a tough push, but those characters will likely be able to keep up with current content forever with bound mats, then you can start cashing in on them. For characters that are really behind and wont even come close to 1580 before mid-late august (assuming you like to play these characters). I would only push them to the next chaos dungeon breakpoint and park them there until akkan. 1490-1580 materials probably wont go down until about 4-5 weeks after akkan, so after stacking up materials on those characters for another month, I would then try to push them into akkan.
@@Blazespot got a lot of characters as well, there is absolutely no way im making 50k-100k on average from accessory drops every week. i dont know what kinda accessories you're dropping, but they are not dropping for me i guess. xD
@@Blazespot Something you probably aren't touching on here is not over honing ... and you probably don't play meta spec heavy builds either. And establishing long term classes early are also helping. I don't have a lot of gold like this but I did push main to 1590 and 3 others to 1580 but I've had them since launch. Main always goes just beyond next raid. The rest only go to the current final chaos tier until about 2-3 weeks before new stuff. On a side note, I've been thinking about replacing my bard for a Sharpshooter. Which means another potential gold sink. Sharp has caught my eye to potentially replace my Arcana as my 2nd main. Gunslinger too fun to replace. Arcana is too micromanagey and tbh, you probably don't need a 2nd 'hard' class as a 2nd main. Arcana is annoying at times.
