If only I had watched this first before trying to follow the instructions that came with the pattern. You saved the day ( and the dress) for me. Thank you so much!!
Howdy from Ontario, Canada. Ms. Jones you have done a phenomenal job with sewing that neutral color dress. Bless up and big up hot Mama Mimi for me. One love, Marline Jenkins
Thank you for a very detailed sew along really enjoyed it. Can you please tell me what type of fabric you used for your lining it looks thinner than the main fabric? I’m trying to learn what types of fabrics to use when sewing patterns. Thanks for your help can’t wait to see more sew along’s.
I would have like to seen this dress on a live model . . . I know it is a knit dress, but given that it is being sewn together with a regular straight stitch, I'm surprised that there isn't a zipper?! It looks like a "wiggle dress." So, how do you get this dress on and off without breaking the seams (especially in the midriff)?
Which stitch did you use on your sewing machine. It looked like a straight stitch, but, a straight stitch would pop with a knit fabric? Thank you for this sew along, you made it look very easy.

When sewing the lining to the bodice, What do you do when you get to the V? Either side of the seam
Great job!!!
Did you use a stretch stitch as this is a knit fabric?
Awesome dress, thanks for the sew along! What fabric are you using for the lining and what are good fabrics for the lining?
Well done!
How can you raise the front so that it’s not so low.

What kind of foot is on your machine?
Did she show the final product?
Where is the elastic used?
Which stitch did you use on your sewing machine. It looked like a straight stitch, but, a straight stitch would pop with a knit fabric?
Thank you for this sew along, you made it look very easy.
It looked like a straight stitch to me too. You're right though it would totally pop.
