Hi Gayle, I've been watching you a ton lately. I'm going back through many of your old videos. You are just simply the best all around junk journal crafter. You are focused on your subscribers always and are second to none in your knowledge and experience. Your voice is pleasant and your banter is interesting and engaging. I would like the next challenge to be more useful to our stash. Good thinking on white glue for stack-n-whacks. For those of us who craft a bit slower, BearlyArts or another white glue stays wet longer than Art Glitter. Keep being you, you are awesome ❤
What a fun mass make! Couldn't sleep so I appreciate your craftiness at 2:45 AM - especially your support for the KC Chiefs as a KCMO resident & Gayle fan We had season tickets for 20 yrs and gave them up after we became foster parents - just too much money! We elected to take our family on a yearly vacation instead of spending it on 4 tickets & a parking pass LOL. Have you ever heard of Mission Inspiration? Mike Deakin is the artist/creator - while it is heavy with paints and mediums I sometimes simply use papers to complete the monthly inspirations and I bet you would be wonderful at doing the same! Thanks again for the great video - you are the first creator I watch every evening as I relax before going to sleep. Hugs!
Hi Monica! Thanks for the Mike Deakin suggestion. I used to watch him all the time back in the day before I started doing videos myself and ran short of time! ❤
Good morning Gayle!! Love these stack & whack tags. So pretty with Christmas papers. My hubby hates going shopping!! Does not like being in crowds. I do the grocery shopping and all the gift shopping for family. 😂 Football gets my blood pressure up sometimes. And I may or may not yell at the TV. 🤣🤣🤣 Family dinner today, gotta get cooking. Have an awesome Saturday...💜
I really like the whack and stack idea! My sister and I made some once last summer when we were camping in her RV. I don't think she had seen you do it, so it was me teaching her. I think she thought she had lost one of the pieces, but we found it. I like the Art Glitter glue idea. I am not real good with the glue stick. I have trouble getting enough glue on and sometimes the edges come up. This was a fun video to watch! The tags came out so pretty.
Gayle, I for one appreciate your organizing ideas. I love organizing as much as crafting! LOL.... I know, what a nerd!! Thank you! Also just wanted you to know that you're the only crafter I know will have a video no matter what time I wake!! Just wanted you to know that you're appreciated and very much enjoyed!! Look forward to your daily videos!
Hi Anne! Hope this find you well and enjoying the holiday season! Just want you to know that I’ve had many viewers telling me to watch your old ink pad dying video…which, of course, I already had! 😂. Just wanted you to know that that video was a big hit! Love and hugs to you, my friend! ❤
I love it when you remake old ephemera with current products like you do in the first episodes of the making ephemera playlist. I think the reason I like it so much is that I like to see what you’re making before you make it. I hope this makes sense. ❤❤❤👍
Good Morning Gayle & Everyone! Scrappy Happy Saturday! Gayle, I loved this method since you first time you showed us! You got a fabulous stash of tags now, and very quickly I must say! Have a wonderful weekend Luv, Prayers & Hugzz💖💖💖
Hey Gayle. I just love Scrappy Saturday. Best day of the week. I grateful for your ideas of organising your scraps. It can be a bit overwhelming otherwise, so I use your methods regularly. Thanks for sharing.😻💕🙏🏽
Morning, Gayle! This is SUPER helpful for a newbie like me! I like that you do it in real time and are using everyday materials (I.e. file folders), too…thank you! 🥰
Good morning Gayle! I really love making Stack & Whack tags. I've got a bunch in different colors and patterns sitting around waiting for focal points. I've been wanting to get those Carol Kutz papers, even though they are red and green I think they would work all year. 😀❤🧡💖💚💙💛💜🤎🖤🤍❤ P.S. I watched The Wizard of Oz a couple of days ago, loved it as much as always!♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Watched your scrappy Saturday on a Wednesday… lol thanks for sharing my Christmas papers in this project. I’ll have to try these wacky tags. Looks like fun. And thanks for always inspiring me to be more organized. 😊❤
I’m not crafting right now. I lost my husband of almost 52 years on September 19th to cancer. My brain is still in a fog so all I can manage is watching other people craft. You have always been my “go to” because of your sweet spirit. Thank you for all your hard work and videos.
Oh, so very sorry to hear this! I lost my husband July 2023. I was married to him for 10 years. Your 52 years is impressive!! I have not really created much! It did feel like I was connected when I watched our favorite creator Gayle, and commented. Prayers for you!
Good morning! Stack & Whack always a great technique to remember!👍 Had a lazy day yesterday so still need to write my Christmas cards!😮 Received my Christmas tree yesterday but need to wait to open it. Craft needs to go away off my table so Christmas can come home!🎄 Yummy, cookies!🍪 🍪🍪 🍷🍸🍹🍺🥃🥴😵😵💫🤣 Yep, totally saying turn it around!🤭 Stay safe, prayers for those in need and have a good day!🙏😁❤️
Happy Saturday Gayle ❄ Thank you for the project ideas and awesome way to use up your scraps. Have a warm cozy crafty day, you two take good care. 🥰Big hugs 💝
You mentioned your ink pad was wearing out. And i came across a crafter that instead of throwing away Anne Kanlon on youtube, took her worn-out pad and let it soaked in two cups of hot water. She took the water and dyed some paper like do coffee dying. After the papers were dry, the end result was a great surprise. Check out her video. Don't throw your ink pad away! Good job asking santa for the space heater you want. You been a good girl. Big hug always.❤❤❤
It’ll be fun to try making these the stack and whack. I’ve done quilts and quilt blocks and many other things with fabric but never with paper. Can’t wait to try it. Have a great day.
Good morning Gayle, these came out great. Love the Rach and Bella one a lot. So Happy looking. Great tips on organizing thanks for showing us a little of how you do it. See you in the morning ~Patti
Good morning Gayle & friends! ❤❤❤ stack & whack! These were beautiful with all your different papers. Also really appreciate you showing the organization it really helps. I was hoping you “heard” us telling you to just turn the tag upside down for your music pieces! 😂 have you seen the Hallmark Christmas movie about the Chiefs? It wasn’t the best movie I had seen, but needed to support two local KC brands. (Hallmark is a Kansas City company) per the interviews with Andy & staff, they are addressing the issues. Fingers crossed some of our injured players will be back soon and they have some new team members to help out the O-line so Patrick can do his magic. Blessings and hugs!! P.S. I can appreciate Mike and too many people in a store! Kindred spirits!! Many things are too peopley for me, too!
Good morning. Yay! Stack n Whack tags for Christmas. I want to make some for my stash in several sizes. I also make greeting cards for a local nursing home and senior center as a service project. I'm planning to do a few stack n whack card fronts for a future project. Thanks for the inspiration. Happy creating and life.
The Art Glitter glue was faster because you put it on the tag base and you put the glue stick on each individual piece. If you just rub the glue all over the tag base it’ll be just as fast if not faster than the art glitter glue but then you still have the curling problem.
Hi! I love seeing your process. I love stack and whack. I found that using glue stick over the whole tag then applying the pieces worked best for me as it gives a bit more drying time. Let us know what you think?
Good morning Gayle. I love stack and whack. The Christmas ones you did are great! I’m going to have to get some of those done. Thank you for the reminder. 💜🎄
Goodmorning Gayle, it's scrappy Saturday, my favorite. But you see, I'm in the hospital. I don't mean to tell a sob story, but could you please, when you pray, send a prayer for me too? My real name is Kirsten, but the Lord knows my nickname too, I'm sure! Thank you so much, I know all prayers help! When I'm home, I'm gonna watch me some video's of yours❤❤❤❤
Saying a prayer for you that you heal soon and can go home. I know what it is like to be hospitalized and want to be in the comfort of your own home. God bless you!
Good morning Gayle! I forgot about stack and whack, thank you for reminding me! My go-to Christmas movie to start with is Love Actually and I think I’m about ready to watch it!
Good morning, Gayle, Well give me an easy project and I am having difficulty, lol, I will get it, hope you have a wonderful Saturday, big hugs Gayle.🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤭
Good morning Gayle Yay you did my stack n whack. They turned out so cute. It was my friend, Diane's, birthday yesterday, were going to a large craft show and lunch. Have a great Saturday ❤❤❤
Good evening, Gayle! ❤ I watched today’s video in 3 visits. 😂 Every time I sat down to watch, something or someone needed my attention. I was thrilled to see the stack and whack tutorial. Also the idea for storing the scraps, I have lots of those sleeves. The tags were all gorgeous, but the Nostalgic Noel ones were my favorites! I hope you had a happy Saturday! ❤
Hi Gayle. Although I’ve watched you do this many times, I’ve never actually done it. Today I did it right along with you. So much fun!! I think to fill in my cracks that are showing, I will put gold paint. Also I love Wizard of Oz as well. I read the book Wicked, and it was awesome!! I really want to see the movie. Hope you gave so much fun! 😊❤
I watched yesterday, but I think I forgot to comment. I'll be selling at my first craft fair today with my friend (she's sharing her table). I'm looking forward to hanging out with her more than anything. I hope you have a delightful day. Love&hugs ❤
Goodevening, Gayle. I am so glad you did this video. I have a stack of bases and papers cut to do a bunch of Christmas Stack and Whack tags. Love the idea of using the art glitter glue on the base instead of using the glue stick on each individual piece. I will most definitely be giving this a try. Thanks so much for sharing. Have a great night.
Someday, I’ll see Wicked when it’s on TV or Netflix or Hulu or something. I remember every year watching Wizard of Oz as a kid. Why was it an Easter movie? It just doesn’t seem like it should’ve been an Easter movie but every year it was on TV on Easter.
I've loved this technique since you first introduced it to me. But it was only watching you today that a new idea for Stack and Whack came to me. I'm looking forward to trying my idea out and see whether it will work. You certainly spark my brain, sweet Gayle. ❤ Belinda xxx
Hi Gayle!! 5 batches made and they are all very pretty!! These are going to look awesome in any of your Christmas journals!! Fun video!! TFS!! Hugs, Liz:)
I would love to watch the Christmas Angel 'HO!' blooper....it still makes me smile when I think of it!

Hi Monica! Thanks for the Mike Deakin suggestion. I used to watch him all the time back in the day before I started doing videos myself and ran short of time! ❤
Thanks for the detailed tutorial on Whack and Stack. They turned out fabulous ❤

I love them, Gayle!😊❤
Dearest Gayle, I'm always a fan of the Stack-and-Whack - what fun to see you put Christmas cheer into the mix! Lovely, lovely! Thanks for doing these!

Hey Gayle. I just love Scrappy Saturday. Best day of the week. I grateful for your ideas of organising your scraps. It can be a bit overwhelming otherwise, so I use your methods regularly. Thanks for sharing.😻💕🙏🏽
Hi Gayle, if the other papers are non directional you could just turn the tag up the other way. Xx
Hi Wenda! Yep, finally figured that out! 😂❤
Morning, Gayle! This is SUPER helpful for a newbie like me! I like that you do it in real time and are using everyday materials (I.e. file folders), too…thank you! 🥰

My pleasure, my friend! Always love me some Artzology!! 😊❤
Those tags are so cute. I forget about this idea. Thanks for sharing it again. Have a great weekend.

Hi Wenda! ❤
This is very helpful to me because I get overwhelmed. Thank you. You are a blessing. Merry Christmas from Tennessee.
Hi! I love seeing your process. I love stack and whack. I found that using glue stick over the whole tag then applying the pieces worked best for me as it gives a bit more drying time. Let us know what you think?

Goodevening, Gayle. I am so glad you did this video. I have a stack of bases and papers cut to do a bunch of Christmas Stack and Whack tags. Have a great night.
Good evening, Robin! ❤
Someday, I’ll see Wicked when it’s on TV or Netflix or Hulu or something. I remember every year watching Wizard of Oz as a kid. Why was it an Easter movie? It just doesn’t seem like it should’ve been an Easter movie but every year it was on TV on Easter.
💙☃️Good morning Gayle!☃️💙
Morning Heather! ❤
I've loved this technique since you first introduced it to me. But it was only watching you today that a new idea for Stack and Whack came to me. I'm looking forward to trying my idea out and see whether it will work. You certainly spark my brain, sweet Gayle. ❤ Belinda xxx
