I've worked with this amazing guy since MandT got incepted in The Gambia. And to tell the truth,( No Capping/Bragging).... There's nobody, I MEAN NOBODY, that build and finishes like this guy!!! I've seen him turn dilapidated structures to 5 star mansions. Whether it's remodeling or finishing, in the Gambia? They ain't on his level. I can honestly say, he's the main reason why I'm passionate about construction till this day... Salute Mr. Njie!!! 🙏💯

What I can propose for Mr. Njie to have, in the long run, is to create his own Training School, and a Building Inspection Department, as well as an Engineering side to be able to remedy all these problems. Of course it comes with a cost, that he can recover by providing other contractors with trained and qualified personal, as well as providing a building Inspection service. Don't wait on the government to do things. Africa, we need to think differently. Forward Thinking. Since there are no regulations, we create them within the company and the training, and those regulations will propagate as the people spread across the land.

Mohamed is awesome. He's helped me so many times with my home in the US, from a new front door, to kitchen faucet. He's very homes4, and would give such honest advice!
When I had a water leak in my house, I called him stressing out. He came assessed the damage, and asked whether I had contacted my home owners insurance, something that I hadn't thought about! That really saved me, because it ended up being $9000 in damages.
Thanks Mohamed! Gambia is lucky to have you.

He gained valuable connections (in the US), knowledge but most of all first hand experience. He's a seasoned experienced contractor who uses western standards to make first rate projects in his home country. He seems very savvy and knows to build upon his enterprise. African countries are bursting with many opportunities, all that is needed is steady reliable conditions to grow.

You can build but if you don't have people occupying these buildings and bringing in money then there is no reason for you to continue building. I see so many infrastructures that have been started but they have not been finished.

It takes a village it takes more than one man it also takes a government to see that this is a person who can aid in building up Africa. If these government officials would stop lining their pockets and cheating the people in Africa Africa could be great. They're already talking about recolonization

Yeah but it's going to take more than building buildings you have to rebuild the minds of these people. Gambia is a tourist spot for people to come in and use the gambians and this is what art Kathy was saying all along she was talking about how they see a lot of these tourists come in and they're messing around with children men and women and giving them basically $5 for sex service yeah this has to stop too. Then we wonder why everything and everybody is catching AIDS because a man goes out and messes around with one of these tours who probably was infected this is a problem.

Hello there, I am a Gambia resident in Germany and have taken my precious time listening to Mr. Njie.. if Gambians really want to achieve Professionals, qualified Personell and Law abiding Communities, they should listen to this very talented and creative Man, Mr. Njie.. Gambia doesn't deserved to end Lawlessly in the hands of Betrayers, Bad minded People, Thieves and cruel individuals. The Government should instead join forces with such kind of Constructors, strengthen the Law to develop the country Positively. Gambia folks must stop leaving the entire development Processes of the country only in the hands of their Political Leaders.. Every citizen must contribute to Nation Building, work hand in hand to achieve the most best results for the Country.. I love educated People who want to share their knowledge, Know-how with others and help us all to come together for the sake of future Generations and the Gambia our homeland.

This is the first time I came across his U tuber video and what he's saying is true! Just from viewing some of the houses, they looked modern and are many cuts above some the present building home structures in the Gambia!( Both interior/ exterior of the house) Mohammed houses have beauty and class. I have freequently watch many real estste displayed in the Gambia but they are not attractive, they have no color schemes, too many division of wall and corners are in interior of the houses. The windows are not the best, not enough natural light, too dark most of the inside and outside entrance doors or ALWAYS BROWN! Why??? Instead of curtains it would be nice to see some blinds which comes in all colours. This man is bringing a new modern concept and styles of housing to the GAMBIA. Just consider it a blessing that you were deported from the U.S. This must have been a terrible experience, but the Almighty had bigger plans for you, he has taken you YOU to new heights where you're an inspiration to yourself and to the people of The Gambia. Today you're your own BOSS, also you're contributing work and a wealth of knowledge to young men/ women of The Gambia. When is your next building projects? What will it cost to invest in spacious, round, modern 2 bedroom house, with land for gardening? Do you have any of your model house on display? I just love what I have seen so far! Blessings to you and your crew!!
