I always feel so bad when you feel the need to disclaim all the time when you are afraid of people judging you about a move you make during COVID. You are being so much safer in general than most people so you should feel good about that, and also feel the ability to live your life without explanation too! You're awesome!!

Most people test negative in the early prodromal period (4-5 days after infection before symptom onset) whether PCR-RNA or antigen because it’s just too early. I usually get regular milk in the coffee drink at Starbucks. or no milk and then I add the almond milk when I get home to avoid the extra charge for almond milk. I know it's only like .50 cents but every penny counts when I'm a college girl on a budget.

The COVID test was so easy when I had it done. Didn't hurt at all for me but that also could be because I went to urgent care and the doctor did it for me instead of having to put it up my nose myself. TMI but period cramps and having to get that annual exam at the OBGYN is way worse than the COVID test.
This is late but my boyfriend and I went to his moms for Christmas Eve and then did our own Christmas in the morning at our apartment and went to my parents house that afternoon/night. We're fortunate to live near everyone and have seen them so we felt safe doing both but we have to wait to see his grandma/give her her gift!

I live within 5 minutes of both of my parents. I will be doing Christmas with my mom on the actual day and with my dad on the 27th. My boyfriend will be doing Chrismas at my dads and dinner at my moms. I will not be going to his parents as they are keeping their social circles smaller. We have less than 40 cases where I live so I feel that this is safe for everyone. I also got tested a few weeks ago and was negative.
