How do I build up to 6x1:30 intervals in full uniform and booties? While being slick, I think I can do 2:15 intervals and that's pretty bad. I need to progress but have no clue how to. If I knew how to, I would train it and then see progress. Any helpful tips?
You will never be told to do underwaters with full OCP’s on a 1:30 interval. Being able to do 2:15 slick consistently will be able to get you through prep. My biggest tip is when you’re in prep, they start you at 3 minutes slick, then you slowly progress week by week. If you’re looking to get into AFSW, the secret to underwaters is shut up and don’t fucking pop. U can breath when u get back to the wall, or once you wake up.
