    1) I wanna be able to use OneNote and Excel in device
    2) I wanna be able to record myself and attach that audio to my notes preferably whilst writing
    3) I wanna be able to store ebooks and documents offline so that'll need good storage
Please what eink tablet is best for me?

Impressive video. Onyx Boox stands out as the best brand in e-readers. I have the Lumi 1 and the Leaf, inspired by your video reviews. ❤️ Finally, what's the name of the song in this video?

There used to be an E-ink alternative. Transflective displays made by Pixel Qi. The company bankrupted but the tech lived on. That tech has a lot of potential to be eye friendly, visible under the sun, but retain high refresh rates.

You know what I would like to see? An e-reader that function as an external monitor for your phone.
Imagine an e-ink tablet connected to your phone over usb or bluetooth.
The tablet would have some navigational keys that the hardware driver on the phone would have to be programed for, and the phone would send images to be rendered on the device.
Advanced navigation and inputs would be done on your much faster phone, while reading, possebly also drawing, would be done on the tablet.
If a good (programming) framework were made for such a system, current apps could very well integrate e-reader tablet support over phone, without requireing the tabled to have the refreshrate and prosessing power to properly run a full android operating system.

Maybe you misunderstood. I will attempt to rephrase.
I don't think an e-ink tablet should need to be a standalone device.
Building in advanced technology into e-ink tablets are well and good.
But if what you need is a tablet capable of running complicated things, drawing, handwriting recognition, loading books and comics from various different sources.
It all gets rather expensive, both in money and powerdraw, to put it all into the e-ink tablet.
Sure, it could have standalone capabilities, but we all have phones.
The big advantage of an e-ink device is that their screens eat very little power. But that is negated by cramming a whole computer into them.
So why not offload the majority of the computer power into the phone instead?
That way, you would not need the tablet to be google play compatible, your phone is. And your phone can prosess all those applications, using the tablet as an external monitor and input device.

Another idea could be a foldable device, imagine Samsung fold, just the inside display being an e ink display!
