this girl is absolutely everything thats why out of concern - drinking really cold drinks so often is very bad for you especially since you have heavy period issues too :( you need to incorporate drinking warm/room temp water into your healthy lifestyle! please like so molly can see!
Another tip regarding your endometriosis surgery; get the choil fitted at the same time! Had my surgery in September 2019 and have had no periods since. Honestly best decision ever! Wish you the best of luck xx
