    very nice, But have you tried to perform first Femoral nerve block, Then redirect your needle to the FIC. would this give you a superior result

      From personal experience, I think the femoral nerve block is good only for those fractures of the femoral shaft. If the fracture is in the femoral neck(hip fracture) , you will need a higher block. The incision is made just below the ASIS, blocking the lateral femoral cutaneous will not help.

    Thank you! Your video is excellent! But the correct term is "fascia iliaca" and NOT "fascia iliacus" or "iliacas"
