Thank you so much Ajahn. The last few days my mind has been filled with agitation and random nonsense.
Once again, returning to your teachings has realigned my mind and spirt as a chiropractor does to a spine.
I hope your knee has since fully recovered.
    Be well

I hope your knee problem is not permanent. Ajahn I benefit a great deal from this talk. It helps me to keep going no matter what with my practice. Thank you for your encouragement and especially your support for myself and other students who have no choice but to study and practice all alone.
I like the end. This is one of my favorite lectures by you. Many blessings!

I just wonder what influence is there on cultivation if we disregard the quality of our daily action ,how we make our living.Right now most of us are involved in very distractive economy, There is the holy life of a monk and there is a life of the rest almost in a helish situation.Don,t we have to be real by first working on more external situation, like aligning our occupation with a action which will help with inner work. For householder just to learn how to give without resentment could be a big step..I think that an action without violence
is not easy without cultivation inner reality, but inner reality cultivated without working on
right action, truly none violent as mach as possible is also or even more difficult.
