i love these servers that make you fill out a government document to join cause its "serious rp" just to get hit by a invisible lasso and dragged in the air within the first 5 mins
How does that conflict? The roleplay community does complicated whitelists in order to make sure people who get in are there to rp (with varying levels of effectiveness truth be told), how does that have ANYTHING to do with realism?

My application to this server was denied a few days ago because my character's backstory wasn't 3 paragraphs long (it was). I don't know which admin was it but after watching this video all I can say to you is THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏

Yeah, I was the Community Manager for this server for a few months, then cause i told someone the OOC reasons as to why they were removed from medical I got removed from that position so I stepped down, then left the server a few months back, and I'm fucking glad that I did. Both the RolePlay quality, and a majority of the staff are just fucking dog shit, the amount of bullshit i witnessed made me glad that I left lmao.
People are snowflakes in that server lol.

Honestly I had a similar attitude until a couple of years ago, gave it ago and I like doing RP. Trouble is often people just use it as a chat room or they are fucking around not seriously doing RP. I’m not a fan of the server featured in this video

Fivem and redm is the most tragic thing to call roleplay, theres no depth, no substance and hardly any creativity. Sure people are playing a role like guard, lawman, paramedic and whatnot but theres nothing more.

The biggest problem for me is the kind of audience "Red Dead rp trolling" videos attract are people looking to spread hate against a community they have never been a part of because they don't understand how that community works or operates.
