Thanks for the review. I have the s920 version of this truck and beside not having oil filled shocks it handles great. I’ve run it on 3s with no problems.
Never realized there was an oil shock version of this truck. Ordered mine yesterday and looks like I will be going to be seeking out some after market shocks all ready for this one. I have heard that it runs just fine on the stock shocks but still oil filled would be a nice upgrade.

How do you charge the spare batteries? Mines only came with the USB that connects to battery. Nothing that connects to power outlet showing if its charging or if its fully charged. I have the battery connected to the USB cord and I dont know if its charging or not.
Has anyone ever shown the Diffs on these trucks There is a plastic piece the drive cups sit in and they strip out on brushed motors. That is the key weaknpart of these trucks. Makes them no good for anyone who wants a small piece of fun for more than a week or so. Mind ya it is cheap but there is cheap and then there is a heap This truck is good kinda the Diffs need revisiting.
Hi Garrett, thanks for the nice unboxing vid. I’ve seen kits for running both batteries at the same time for this 9125. Would you be able to see if that updated larger battery cover can accommodate two stacked batteries and let us know? It looks to sit twice as high as the original cover. Thank you :)
Warged1981 Hello! I was not able to fit two stacked batteries in the battery compartment since the battery leads take up quite a bit of the extra room. 👍
Hi.. Really nice videos.. I know you can control different xinlehong/ hosim truck like 9130 and 9136 with the same transmitter.. But this one got a different esc.. So.. question.. Can you control this 9125 with the transmitter from other xinlehong model ? Thanks Jc
Those shocks don't seem to be oil filled. Oil-fillable... probably. Some other Xhinlehong (Hosim) trucks have shocks pretty much like those and they're not oil-filled. Even the slight drop you did in this very video looks bouncy as hell, especially the front end.
Is there any aftermarket lower rear suspension arms I can get for this, like can I should I convert a 1:12 or 1:10 metal arms from a vehicle sort of similar? I need help with this conversion.

I strapped a 4S lipo it the exact truck 1 year ago. It runs perfect with no problems.

What was the small extra wired toggle switch for? Was it designed to add on for an on/off switch outside of body?
I believe it is a spare on/off switch for the esc.

Not that I'm aware of, the features of the 9125 seem to be pretty unique.
