    Hey guys 🎉. I just got an update and I decided to share it here! JOSEF SILNY & ASSOCIATES are now accepted in about 22 state boards and they now offer visa screen called “visa for nurses” . They might be a better option as opposed to cgfns . Here are a few differences 👇
    1) Cgfns takes from 3 weeks to 3 months for evaluation once all documents are complete .
    JS &A takes 10 -15 days plus they have option of 24 hours rush service
    2) CGFNS costs $420
    Js&A costs $380
    These should help shorten your length of time in this USRN pathway. Thank you for watching 🎉

    Hi success! How were the NCLEX questions like? How many questions? Uhh on a scale of 1-10, how difficult were they?

    • @successumesiri
      @successumesiri  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Questions vary between people, they have a very large question bank. Shared into easy, middle and difficult. So I can’t say specifically how difficult they were cause it was a mix.
      But it’s a confusing exam with the options so you need to learn how to answer questions according to the nclex style that makes it easier to pass.

    Hi Hun.
    Your video was svery helpful, I lost as to what to do at first 😂.
    I do have a question and hopefully you can help me with it . I am in my final year of getting my BSN-degree in Europe. I was planning to go to CRNA school in the US, but have my degree in another country.
    Is it possible for me to get a job in the US fresh out if school without any prior work experience? Did you have any work experience before applying?

    • @successumesiri
      @successumesiri  ปีที่แล้ว

      Most job that would sponsor you to green card would require about 6 months - 1 year upwards experience because they are bringing you in as a professional .
      But if you come in through any other means with any other kind of visa , you would be able to get a job without experience

    • @successumesiri
      @successumesiri  ปีที่แล้ว

      Secondly , there’s a bridge from BSN to CRNA (DNP) ,but you can’t do that with a BSN from outside the us. So you would have to get a masters here before you can go to crna school
      This is what I found out from my research. However in a few months to years, things can change and they can start accepting foreign degree. But not for now.

    Hey Success. Congratulations just inquiring about registering in California. That's my interest. More info about it? Again if you are an international nurse trained in a different country east Africa then went and worked and registered again in UK does the same process apply?

    • @successumesiri
      @successumesiri  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Agnes, thank you for watching ! 🎊California is good state , but the application is $750 which is a lot compared to other states. And they require you to have a Social security number for the application. Which is given only if you have a form of visa in the U.S .

    • @successumesiri
      @successumesiri  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For you second question , yes same process applies even if you have worked in Uk. You are going to use your nursing credentials from your home country for the application .
      The only time UK comes in is in your Resume as work experience and licenses obtained. Or certifications.

    • @successumesiri
      @successumesiri  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Of course. 🎉. You just need to evaluate your credentials and I’m sure it would meet US standard. Never heard anyone from Nigeria missing a course yet.
      Follow the step by step process in the video, you can either self sponsor or work with an agency that would sponsor you and sign a contract with them to be taking part of your pay when you get to the US

    • @successumesiri
      @successumesiri  ปีที่แล้ว

      You need at least a year of experience before an agency can recruit you to work in the US.
      How ever if you are already in the US as a new grad, went through the processing and took your NCLEX. Then you’ll be able to get a job like every other person.

    • @successumesiri
      @successumesiri  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, it’s not difficult. The only issue is that America Nursing is general nursing not specific like mental health nursing you studied. So you would have to do a credential evaluation to determine if your courses are complete for the American licensure. If it’s not complete , you would be told the amount of courses and credit hours left for you which can be done in any community college here in the US.
      But the first step is getting your credentials evaluated.
