My bill was an extra $300 this month. It’s ridiculous.

In my neighborhood we were without electricity for 8 DAYS! Yet our bill reflects we had power and the breakdown of those costs for each of those 8 days, even though I was running a generator and woodstove the whole time. Many of us here called PGE about their bill increase nor the bills showing those days as no use instead of a couple days of "estimates" for those days. Mine went from 219 to 287. We were told so many different scenarios how this will be addressed. I told them I expect a revised bill for those days I was charged for when we had NO electricity. I now see my February bill and there has been NO adjustment or revisement to my bill. Who do we complain to about this problem....especially when so many can NOT afford their increase?

IMO punishing the customer for a companies lack of management skill that led to wildfires and subsequent lawsuits is without intelligence or logic. Privatization of public utilities never works. As I type this the stock for POR is 41.39, and it will get worse. Every pge customer should buy 1 share of stock, unite and voice. If the stock is predominately owned by the customer base, it's less privatized and a step in the right direction.
