Himi... is my favorite Hero... though she is called a villain... she is how ever... better than most villains... and heroes combined... that is Himi... a hero in villain clothing... or... a sheep... in wolves clothing... She realized herself that her powers would have allowed her to be a universal donor. But because her quirk appeared villainous she was forced to hide it.
She would have been immensely valuable since healing quirks were very rare. Although it's a very limited kind of healing, it would still be something many people would have valued her for.
Or repeating her cycle of blood sucking and killing but lets hope she can save as many lives as she has killed and with the mountain of corpses she has built she will need to go through a time skip to finish
So this whole chapter is mainly an epilogue to the Uraraka vs Toga fight and it pretty much went the way I, and I'm sure a lot of people, expected it to go, with Toga using her Quirk to give Uraraka a blood transfusion. And I think it adds another layer of tragedy to Toga's character. If her parents had actually helped her control her Quirk instead of treating her like a monster, she could've grown up to be a great Pro Hero, or at the least a great nurse. Using her Quirk to give blood transfusions, she could've been saving lives rather than taking them. Also, IF this is where Toga's story ends, I think it's a beautiful and poetic way for her to bow out. She knows she's caused too much damage to ever be forgiven and that even if she saves Uraraka and surrenders she'll be arrested and locked away for the rest of her life at best. After taking so many lives for so long, she decides to go out on her own terms and give her life to save the life of the first real friend she made since meeting Twice. I'm not one to quote scripture often, but I think this famous quote from the good book sums up the chapter nicely: "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." - John 15:13 KJV.

Love that you used the quote from John as it’s perfect for this chapter. Toga always talked about how she loved people so she wanted their blood. But this time she’s giving her own blood because this love is greater than any other she’s had.
Seeing how this happened the quote. “I will become what I Love!” Has a whole new meaning considering Togas quirk awakening happened with Ochakos blood, and her giving the quirk transformed blood in a way Toga has became the person she loved.
I see toga and ochiko some how having a venom relationship after that . Like instead of dearh toga because a venom symbiotic . Ochiko is one day going to say . We are venom
I don't think it will be like venom, but I could easily see Toga's quirk with its multiple quirk abilities giving Ochako a new ability, like a minor transformation ability/vestige world/blood affinity.
She died avoiding punishment but fixing one mistake she caused but she still did not own up to her actions and the deaths she has caused. How is toga a hero when her kill count is on par with all for one? Toga saved one life ok? And? It makes no difference like a drop of water will make no difference in a bucket full of blood. But the drop of blood makes a difference in a bucket of water.
And she’ll have a LOT to answer for at them pearly gates before being sent into the gates of Hell alongside her villain friends Twice and Magne. Perhaps they’ll find the Hazbin Hotel or something lol.
This was a nice ending to her story.She finally got someone to love her back and care about her and she was able to show it again by saving the one she loved and died in her own terms.Now I wonder what Ochako will do with this new awakened quirk and will bakugo return.
What a fitting end for her character. Someone on TikTok speculated that Hawks would come and save Toga out of guilt because they have the same blood type but that would be the worst way to go with this. Thematically this is how Toga's story should end. And it's fuel for Uraraka too because she's going to be that much more motivated to reach out to people rather than mark them off as a lost cause.
im not sure if itd be great for ochako. After nighteye died she swore she wouldn’t let it happen again….and then it did with toga. I think itd be odd for ochakos character if they kill off toga offically
@@wordyblerd7723plus it would be an amazing end for Hawks who aided the system that hurt so many including him, who killed twice because it was his job even though he didn’t believe twice deserved to die to give his life for Togas maybe saying that he holds some of the blame as it was him killing twice that caused Toga to refuse to accept that Ochaco wanted to help her earlier
@@TrueBladeSoul I don't think that's the story that's being told about Hawks. The system was unforgiving and savage with Lady Nagant to match the unforgiving and savage world they were trying to reform. They clearly learned from that so Hawks had a much kinder and gentler upbringing for a special ops type hero. The system saved him from his abusive squalid conditions and gave him purpose. And Twice is the reason Twice is dead. I loved the guy but he forced Hawks's hand. Secondary fault would be Dabi for hyping him up.
IF toga is truly gone, it was a very poetic and emotional way for her to die. She is born into her life, causing mistakes, and ends it trying to fix them. As she says, “I use my quirk to become the people I love.” She technically puts this into play when she transfers her blood through her body upgrades on her costume, “becoming” uraraka through being her blood. The theories are odd, about uraraka then gaining togas quirk, giving her the ability to use blood in certain ways, and if Toga is revived (an odd theory) . However, I feel like it’s a very fitting ending for an underrated villain, who is brought up making mistake, but spends her last moments trying to fix one. How she apologised to Uraraka for stabbing her and yelling at her, this truly shows she cared for her, and is compassionate that Uraraka takes the hard way of not trying to fight her, but trying to help her. Uraraka never meant to hurt her, quoting “Zero-gravity isn’t meant for hurting people!”
This was a fitting conclusion to Toga she went out and died the way she wanted to and that was to save the person she loved and cared about the most in Ochacko. Toga said it herself she knew that she probably would be locked up for the rest of life and to go out on her terms she decided to do one last selfless act and that’s saving Ochacko. It’s just tragic man Toga could have done so much good if somebody could have been there for her and gave her the love and encouragement she needed but instead Toga became a victim of the society they lived in. No dobut Ochacko and Hawks are going to do everything they can to change the system by the end of the story so that tragedies like Toga and Twice won’t happen again
I'm gonna laugh if she ends up a voice in Ochakos head like the One for All voices... Or like Pip inside of Seras from Hellsing Abridged. Or Nail inside Picollo, DBZ abridged.
Originally, I just wanted Ochako, Tsuyu and Kyoka to make it through this battle ok. But I honestly wasn't expecting this. I am glad Ochako is alive but wasn't expecting Toga to go this far.
On next chapter coming heroes from Evacuees will probably escort the injuries heroes from Mt Gunga to have them recovered right away and the news will be spreading all over the world and then the next events between All Might vs AFO and Izuku vs Shigaraki is up next starting first week on August and with this chapters keeps coming it will go through 409-410 to end Final War
She will be back!!😔😞 my favorite character of all time cannot die. Horikoshi did say ochako and hawks will be the light of hope at the last arc ochako already had that moment. Damn this story is so good!!!!!! Both of these characters came full circle and it was a great finale for their battle. Toga was a great villain character who has really grown on me and was a perfect foil for Ochaco to face off against and watching her truly be a hero like Izuku was amazing! I hope Horikoshi can stick the landing on the final chapters and we get the happy ending these poor kids deserve
I'm still... a bit curious about Toga's transfusion. When she takes on someone else's form via drinking blood, how much of her body transforms into that person? In this case, would Toga's quirk be passed on to Ochaco?
I feel like I read it or watch it long time ago in early chapters and episod- oh yeah in Stain chapters! That if the bearer didn't will it to transfer, no matter how much blood they stole, it won't transfer. Almight reassure Deku in faculty room or something, it's where the meme of Deku having Almight face is coming from saying "EAT THIS HAIR, SHOUNEN". And also I think this only apply for AFO, no other quirks can be passed on like it does.
if thats the case then i'd be willing to bet maybe she'll learn to use her gravity quirk to change the shape what what ever object is effected by her gravity. its just a hypothesis though
Personally I think it more likely a small change like Ochako can grow tiny fangs that allow her to discern the extent of injuries and transform her blood into a similar donor type.
Guys, remember the whole thing with AFO saying something along the lines of "people who got donated with with an organ(?) would start to resemble the personality of the donor's" or something? I'd expect Uravity to change drastically while still retaining her kind self. Maybe she'll become possessive or something. It's a fitting end for her though, I'm not too much of an empath to feel sad about it, but it's interesting nonetheless.
My most favorite character in mha is Himiko Toga. As much as I’m happy to see her make up a little bit from what’s she’s done. It pains me more to see her die. All I can do is hope that she gets help and someone saves her life, but given the circumstances, that looks to be highly unlikely. I’m glad Ochaco has a chance of survival though
I’m glad that Ochaco survived too but she’s now unconscious after Toga transferred all her blood 🩸 to her but she will wake up later on during Deku vs Shigaraki event when it’s almost over soon cause her and all heroes including several Class 1-A like Shoto, Tsuyu, Jiro, Tokoyami, Kirishima, Mineta and Mina are injured and unconscious to wake up, Iida is also injured but still alive but can’t get up, Shoji and Koda is still alive along with gathering all Mutants to redeem themselves, Aoyama, Hagakure, Sero, Ojiro and Sato are still alive in separate battles and Yaomomo and Kaminari are still in UA Fortress along with several heroes and Bakugo will wake up if Edgeshot finishes recreating his new heart but Edgeshot will die after Bakugo is revived and Class 1-A will all arrive with Heroes to cheer for Deku when the time comes
That’s why Season 7 is going to be a lot awesome than Season 6 and they will make a end credits about Toga’s death ☠️ just like Bones did with Twice’s death ☠️
I can’t explain how this storyline makes me feel. It’s so fitting for her, and I feel most anime only won’t understand the depth when it happens. A lot of people are like toga is psycho etc and to kill her so:/
Bakugo is saved by Edgeshot, Uraraka is saved by Toga and I get the feeling once it focus back to Deku vs Tomura and All Might vs AFO events and if Deku gets the brink of death I get the feeling that All Might will save Deku’s life from dying and All Might will die for him because he made him his mentor
Jin and Toga and not just those two but also Big Sis Magne too and Dabi and Spinner will also be next to join them too and Shigaraki will be the last one to join them in Hell because they all committed so much crimes

I loved Toga as a Villain and character and I wouldn’t be COMPLETELY against the idea of a redemption. But honestly this feels like the most LOGICAL way for her story to end at this point. If everybody actually expected Toga, Dabi and Shigaraki to have some happy ending in Maximum prison is kinda wishful thinking. I like the League as antagonists and dark reflection of hero society but I never really wanted them to have some complete happy ending for them.

Unfortunately I kinda always saw this coming, I knew outright murdering toga was never on the table since that would’ve completely ruined any arc her character had, so when her attention slowly started to zero on Ochaco I knew either it was gonna be a sacrifice play or Toga would get in the way of some sort of attack or something.
I gotta be honest I'm still not a fan of the whole Toga is the victim or just a casualty of their world. It almost feels disingenuous in a way. I might be using the wrong word there. But I always felt she fit more as a Stein kind of character. One who's just twisted in their soul, not something reflective of the world. The difference being she threw caution to the wind while Stein found ways to restrain it.

Stain, Vlad King and Toga may have Blood related quirk issues though the difference between them is how they handled it.
She is both a victim and a villain. Victim in that her own quirk was like a curse to her and everyone shunned her instead of trying to work around it. But nobody can ignore how she murdered so many people for her own selfish reasons.

actually got to ya? thats surprising. I expected more complains on this. Given how many did not like the Aoyama Class A Defense Situation, Himiko Toga making a heroic Sacrifce may just have been a complain to others as well. But, I guess i was wrong. And in this case that pleases me. This was not that unexpected, I had forgotten that this could happen as I expected Toga to live and have an Only Friend in Ochako (and maybe Tsuyu and Deku), but I do believe there was a theory around that suggested this. What made me most suprised though is How This was the way Toga saved Ochako. I believd she would sue something less realistic and that she would live. Either way, the situation was emotional and I am just glad Ochako survives. In the end Toga died a Tragic Villian (the true Tragic Villian, Dabi do not count. Shigaraki is debeatable as well), a villian of circumentaces and others judgement. But in the end also dies the way She Wants, which fits her character, as someone that wanted to Live or Die the way She Wanted and not what Others wanted. All in all, a satisfying and sad end to the Ochako Vs Toga Relationship
Very valid point but because she lived and died the way she wanted, many people will have to live without their famlies since she killed them and they get no justice

Yet the world denied her that chance and made her hated. By everyone excep the one person who wanted to help her So justice was served, in a somber fashion on both sides.

I wanted to understand why a girl with a bright smile like that could have done everything she did. In the end she gave her life to save mine, and I’ll live with that now. I will not forget her, because I must make sure no one becomes like Himiko Toga did again. That’s why I am a hero. I want to see people smile truthfully and happily”

Togas victims have heard Ochakos speech before and they got live footage of ther talking to toga about romance. In all seriousness if ochako where to ever defend togas actions on live tv she will be killed by togas victims creating more villains to hunt ochako down and there are a lot of victims The reason no victim will care for what ochako has to say is simply because she is not a victim of toga. He! I realize this chapter was "You die a villain, or you live long enough to become a hero." Except Toga died a hero. Well: I suppose then she had to choice the other scenario. Twisted. Suits her. That said the dialogues sounded forced since the last chapter (and maybe even before), the whole changes of heart didn't convince me completely. Quality is going down again because we are at the endgame. Still...I cannot handle it. This manga had great potential, but didn't live to it. Always sad about that, 😢

Presumably, yes. She transformed herself into Ochako so her own blood would be viable for a transfusion; apparently, her transformation Quirk works down to the molecular level. That's a neat thing to learn.

Seems so. Perhaps in another life she could have. Using her transform abilities to learn about the people she’s helping by literally becoming them. Allowing a better understanding of their bodies and what they need.

I think based on impact ochako is easily number 3 out of the rest of her classmates. Especially after her quirk awakening, she’s easily one of the strongest

Seeing how this happened the quote. “I will become what I Love!” Has a whole new meaning considering Togas quirk awakening happened with Ochakos blood, and her giving the quirk transformed blood in a way Toga has became the person she loved.
I see toga and ochiko some how having a venom relationship after that . Like instead of dearh toga because a venom symbiotic . Ochiko is one day going to say . We are venom
I don't think it will be like venom, but I could easily see Toga's quirk with its multiple quirk abilities giving Ochako a new ability, like a minor transformation ability/vestige world/blood affinity.

She died avoiding punishment but fixing one mistake she caused but she still did not own up to her actions and the deaths she has caused. How is toga a hero when her kill count is on par with all for one? Toga saved one life ok? And? It makes no difference like a drop of water will make no difference in a bucket full of blood. But the drop of blood makes a difference in a bucket of water.

This was a nice ending to her story.She finally got someone to love her back and care about her and she was able to show it again by saving the one she loved and died in her own terms.Now I wonder what Ochako will do with this new awakened quirk and will bakugo return.

What a fitting end for her character. Someone on TikTok speculated that Hawks would come and save Toga out of guilt because they have the same blood type but that would be the worst way to go with this. Thematically this is how Toga's story should end. And it's fuel for Uraraka too because she's going to be that much more motivated to reach out to people rather than mark them off as a lost cause.

The system was unforgiving and savage with Lady Nagant to match the unforgiving and savage world they were trying to reform. They clearly learned from that so Hawks had a much kinder and gentler upbringing for a special ops type hero. The system saved him from his abusive squalid conditions and gave him purpose. And Twice is the reason Twice is dead. I loved the guy but he forced Hawks's hand. Secondary fault would be Dabi for hyping him up.

IF toga is truly gone, it was a very poetic and emotional way for her to die. She is born into her life, causing mistakes, and ends it trying to fix them. As she says, “I use my quirk to become the people I love.” She technically puts this into play when she transfers her blood through her body upgrades on her costume, “becoming” uraraka through being her blood.
The theories are odd, about uraraka then gaining togas quirk, giving her the ability to use blood in certain ways, and if Toga is revived (an odd theory) . However, I feel like it’s a very fitting ending for an underrated villain, who is brought up making mistake, but spends her last moments trying to fix one.
How she apologised to Uraraka for stabbing her and yelling at her, this truly shows she cared for her, and is compassionate that Uraraka takes the hard way of not trying to fight her, but trying to help her.
Uraraka never meant to hurt her, quoting “Zero-gravity isn’t meant for hurting people!”
This was a fitting conclusion to Toga she went out and died the way she wanted to and that was to save the person she loved and cared about the most in Ochacko.
Toga said it herself she knew that she probably would be locked up for the rest of life and to go out on her terms she decided to do one last selfless act and that’s saving Ochacko.
It’s just tragic man Toga could have done so much good if somebody could have been there for her and gave her the love and encouragement she needed but instead Toga became a victim of the society they lived in.
No dobut Ochacko and Hawks are going to do everything they can to change the system by the end of the story so that tragedies like Toga and Twice won’t happen again

Both of these characters came full circle and it was a great finale for their battle. Toga was a great villain character who has really grown on me and was a perfect foil for Ochaco to face off against and watching her truly be a hero like Izuku was amazing! I hope Horikoshi can stick the landing on the final chapters and we get the happy ending these poor kids deserve

It seems it would be more difficult than that to transfer quirks. Otherwise, Giraki wouldn't have had such a difficult time without AFO.
I feel like I read it or watch it long time ago in early chapters and episod- oh yeah in Stain chapters! Guys, remember the whole thing with AFO saying something along the lines of "people who got donated with with an organ(?) would start to resemble the personality of the donor's" or something? I'd expect Uravity to change drastically while still retaining her kind self. Maybe she'll become possessive or something. It's a fitting end for her though, I'm not too much of an empath to feel sad about it, but it's interesting nonetheless.
My most favorite character in mha is Himiko Toga. As much as I’m happy to see her make up a little bit from what’s she’s done. It pains me more to see her die. All I can do is hope that she gets help and someone saves her life, but given the circumstances, that looks to be highly unlikely. I’m glad Ochaco has a chance of survival though
I’m glad that Ochaco survived too but she’s now unconscious after Toga transferred all her blood 🩸 to her but she will wake up later on during Deku vs Shigaraki event when it’s almost over soon cause her and all heroes including several Class 1-A like Shoto, Tsuyu, Jiro, Tokoyami, Kirishima, Mineta and Mina are injured and unconscious to wake up, Iida is also injured but still alive but can’t get up, Shoji and Koda is still alive along with gathering all Mutants to redeem themselves, Aoyama, Hagakure, Sero, Ojiro and Sato are still alive in separate battles and Yaomomo and Kaminari are still in UA Fortress along with several heroes and Bakugo will wake up if Edgeshot finishes recreating his new heart but Edgeshot will die after Bakugo is revived and Class 1-A will all arrive with Heroes to cheer for Deku when the time comes

I loved Toga as a Villain and character and I wouldn’t be COMPLETELY against the idea of a redemption. But honestly this feels like the most LOGICAL way for her story to end at this point.
If everybody actually expected Toga, Dabi and Shigaraki to have some happy ending in Maximum prison is kinda wishful thinking.
I like the League as antagonists and dark reflection of hero society but I never really wanted them to have some complete happy ending for them.

Unfortunately I kinda always saw this coming, I knew outright murdering toga was never on the table since that would’ve completely ruined any arc her character had, so when her attention slowly started to zero on Ochaco I knew either it was gonna be a sacrifice play or Toga would get in the way of some sort of attack or something.

I gotta be honest I'm still not a fan of the whole Toga is the victim or just a casualty of their world. It almost feels disingenuous in a way. I might be using the wrong word there. But I always felt she fit more as a Stein kind of character. One who's just twisted in their soul, not something reflective of the world. The difference being she threw caution to the wind while Stein found ways to restrain it.
Valid if she fixed her mistakes then redemption would be granted

actually got to ya? thats surprising. I expected more complains on this. Given how many did not like the Aoyama Class A Defense Situation, Himiko Toga making a heroic Sacrifce may just have been a complain to others as well.
But, I guess i was wrong. And in this case that pleases me.
This was not that unexpected, I had forgotten that this could happen as I expected Toga to live and have an Only Friend in Ochako (and maybe Tsuyu and Deku), but I do believe there was a theory around that suggested this. What made me most suprised though is How This was the way Toga saved Ochako. I believd she would sue something less realistic and that she would live.
Either way, the situation was emotional and I am just glad Ochako survives. In the end Toga died a Tragic Villian (the true Tragic Villian, Dabi do not count. Shigaraki is debeatable as well), a villian of circumentaces and others judgement. But in the end also dies the way She Wants, which fits her character, as someone that wanted to Live or Die the way She Wanted and not what Others wanted.
All in all, a satisfying and sad end to the Ochako Vs Toga Relationship

So Ochako will finish her speech by saying:
“I wanted to help her, that was all I wanted to do. I wanted to understand why a girl with a bright smile like that could have done everything she did. In the end she gave her life to save mine, and I’ll live with that now. I will not forget her, because I must make sure no one becomes like Himiko Toga did again. That’s why I am a hero. I want to see people smile truthfully and happily”

I realize this chapter was "You die a villain, or you live long enough to become a hero." Except Toga died a hero. Well: I suppose then she had to choice the other scenario. Twisted. Suits her.
That said the dialogues sounded forced since the last chapter (and maybe even before), the whole changes of heart didn't convince me completely. Quality is going down again because we are at the endgame.

Presumably, yes. She transformed herself into Ochako so her own blood would be viable for a transfusion; apparently, her transformation Quirk works down to the molecular level. That's a neat thing to learn.

I think based on impact ochako is easily number 3 out of the rest of her classmates. Especially after her quirk awakening, she’s easily one of the strongest
