- आज इस वीडियो डॉ. Supriya Puranik, डिलीवरी के बाद कितने दिन बाद सम्बन्ध बनाना चाहिए ? या intercourse कर सकते है और यह करते वक्त क्या सावधानिया बरतनी चाहिए।
जब डिलीवरी हो जाती है तब नयी माँ शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से बोहोत disturb होती है। क्योकि डिलीवरी के बाद रातोकि नींद ख़राब हो जाती है , बदन दर्द , पीठ दर्द होता है। तो इन सारी वजह से माँ सम्बन्ध बनाने के लिए राज़ी नहीं होती। तो इसलिए माँ के सहमति के बिना नए पापा को सम्बन्ध नहीं बनाने है।
Delivery Ke Kitne Din Baad Sambandh Banana Chahiye?
जब माँ की normal delivery हो जाती है तो योनि मार्ग में घाव बना रहता है यनेके stiches बने रहते है। बच्चे की डिलीवरी आसानी से होने के लिए डॉक्टर का छेद करने पड़ते है जिसको Episiotomy बोलते है। जब home delivery हो जाती है यनेके डॉक्टर के assistance के बिना delivery हो जाती है तो माँ के योनिमार्ग का निचला हिस्सा फट जाता है , तो वो भी एक घाव रहता है और जब माँ का C-section हो जाता है तब पेट पे घाव बना रहता है तो वह भी stiches देने पड़ते है। आम तौर पे ये stiches यनेके योनि मार्ग के stiches और पेट के stiches heal होने में थोड़ा वक्त लगता है। कभी कभी ये समय १५ दिन का होता है तो कभी कभी एक महीना भी लग जाता है।
इसके साथ ही डिलीवरी के बाद योनि मार्ग से स्त्राव निकलता है जिसको हम Lochia बोलते है और यह lochia , जैसे समय बीतता है वैसे उसका रंग बदलता है तो इसलिए आपको बिलकुल डरना नहीं है।
-पहले ५ दिन उस डिस्चार्ज का रंग लाल रहता है जिसको Lochia Rubra कहते है , इसमें आम तौर पर खून की गठान रहती है , baby के membranes रहते है , बेबी का wax जिसको vernix कहा जाता है हो भी रहता है।
-५ से १० दिन में ये स्त्राव थोड़ा पीला हो जाता है , इसको Lochia serosa कहते है , इसमें भी body के secretions' रहते है।
-१० से २५ दिन में ये स्त्राव सफ़ेद हो जाता है , इसको Lochia Alba कहा जाता है , इसमें बोहोत ज्यादा मात्रा में white cells रहते है।
कभी कभी ये discharge ३-४ हफ्तों तक चलता रहता है। यनेके हमारे गर्भाशय का healing जारी रहता है , गर्भाशय का मुख खुला रहता है और इस वक्त अगर शारीरिक सम्बन्ध बनाते है तो संक्रमण होने की सम्भावनाये ज्यादा रहती है।
प्रेगनेंसी में गर्भाशय का अकार बढ़ जाता है , delivery के बाद वह कम हो जाता है लेकिन वह धीरे धीरे सिकुड़ना शुरू हो जाता है। ४ - ६ हफ्तों तक ये बिलकुल सामान्य अवस्था में आ जाता है। तो इसलिए डॉक्टर यही सलाह देते है की डिलीवरी के बाद ४-६ हफ्ते सम्बन्ध नहीं बनाने चाहिए।
डिलीवरी के बाद सम्बन्ध बनाते वक्त क्या सावधानिया लेनी चाहिए ? (Sex after Delivery precautions )
डिलीवरी के बाद माँ स्तनपान करना शुरू कर देती है। हमारी धारणा रहती है की जबतक हम बेबी को पीला रहे हो तब तक माँ conceive नहीं कर सकती या दूसरी भी धरना रहती है की जबतक मासिक चक्र शुरू नहीं होता तब तक माँ conceive नहीं कर सकती। ये डॉन गलत धारणाएं है।
-जब आप ठीक से स्तनपान नहीं कर पा रहे हो या lactation failure हो तो delivery के बाद ४ हफ्तों में ovulation शुरू हो जाता है जिससे माँ फिर से conceive कर सकती है। यनेके आप अगर ठीक से स्तनपान नहीं कर पा रहे हो तो आपके periods ६ हफ्तोंमें शुरू हो जाते है।
-अगर माँ का lactation बोहोत सही तरह से जा रहा है। माँ दिन में ८ के ऊपर स्तनपान कर रही हो। माँ के feeding का duration और flow अच्छा है और बच्चे को ऊपरी खाना देने की जरुरत नहीं है तो इसको अच्छा lactation कहा जाता है। तो इसमें आप ६ महीनो तक माँ सुरक्षित रहती है और conceive होने की संभावना बोहोत ही कम रहती है।
-लेकिन माँ breastfeeding कर रही है पर breastfeeding की frequency कम रहती है और बच्चे को ऊपरी खाना देना पड़ता है तो फिर ३ महीने के बाद ही contraceptive method का इस्तमाल करना चाहिए।
इस सबका मतलब यही है की डिलीवरी के बाद अगर आपको समंध बनाने है तो आप अपने डॉक्टर को consult करे और डॉक्टर आपको सलाह देंगे की आपको कोनसे contraceptive method का इस्तमाल करना है। डिलीवरी के बाद कोनसे birth controls का इस्तमाल करना है इस बारेमें हम अगले वीडियो में जानेंगे इसलिए हमसे जुड़े रहिये और channel को subscribe कीजिये।
