Hello, blessing - x - I love the content of these videos, but please we must find a solution for the 'feedback' issues you have been having with Swamiji's lapel microphone. Speaker placement is crucial and gain / EQ settings are also very crucial. I notice the rooms you work in are very large so sound is very echo'y, this is apart of the problems you are facing to but you can avoid it . I am assuming that you are using a line level from the mixing desk into the camera in order to capture the audio?
Simply move the PA speakers forward so 'he' is behind them by a good 5 feet and point them directly to the back of the room don't angle them in if the feedback (resonating high pitch) comes back. Also ask for the time and experiment with the gain and eq settings of the system you are using. I see at @8:45 there is a cut and the sound improves.
Sorry to be a nagging person but as a sound engineer I take on find little details that are present in the sound at performances.
I would love to be apart of Nithyananda TV! in post-production if at all possible because of the content and Swamiji!!! I shall e-mail you and create a dialogue soon.
    Kind regards
    Luke
