Camilla did the mocking laughter during an American Indian ceremony during their trip to the U.S. A few years back, as well. If Diana were alive, it would've been a different scenario.
It would be nice to have the meaning of this ceremony. Most people would be bewildered if they didn’t understand. Why hasn’t someone explained it to them. Charles is being given an explanation, Camilla is left without an explanation. Must be difficult.

It is not stupid to the people of Samoa. Very old, meaningful and traditional ceremony. I'd say Charles was made aware of some of it before and the King of Samoa was also explaining in parts. Charles has probably sat through a few similar ceremonies. Some people really need to educate themselves before engaging mouth...or in this case, keyboard fingers.

All these ceremonies are given transcripts by Samoan government ahead of time so English speakers aren't clueless
