Re the name of the tune. It has two melodies, Stand up for Jesus and Duke Street. When I wrote the arrangement I put it under the collective title of Royal Banners as that is mentioned in Stand up for Jesus. Really well played there as is all the other music.
Excellent display. Just one word of advice though in reference to (at 1:38) The American flag is never, EVER supposed to be dipped; according to proper flag etiquette. It is always held vertically. The Marine Corp. flag, on the other hand, is allowed to be dipped, but only at the 45 degree angle. Other than that little part, I enjoyed the video very much. I even linked it to my video, "USMC March in the NYC St. Patrick's Day Parade." (I also mentioned the MYD as well)
Depends on the country your in to which flag is dipped passing the Cenotaph. If this was the in USA then the SandS wouldn't be dipped, correct. But as its the UK the only flag not dipped is The Jack.
This video makes me angry and sad in equal measure at the slovenly, disinterested and unkempt police officer leading the parade. In my day, my station sergeant would have stuck his boot in my balls for presenting myself in this manner. Stand up straight, chest out, shoulders back and head up - at the very least. This is indicative of the lack of ethos and pride the PSNI has in itself and worse still, he's walking past the church from which our brother Constable Alec beck was buried.
God bless the people of Kilkeel No Surrender

@glesca100 the first tune is "Royal Banners"
@utjmab1690marc the Hymn is indeed 'Stand up for Jesus' but the tune would be rewritten for a part flute/melody band and it was called Royal Banners
Excellent display.
