- In this video, Nova will share two touching love stories from his friends and reflect on his own experiences related to them.
Here are two love stories from when both of his friends were in class 11 and preparing for the JEE exam. Even though they were busy studying and feeling the pressure, love still became a special part of their experience during their JEE preparation.
He will share his personal insights and meaningful commentary on these stories, providing a deeper understanding and connection to the experiences shared.
Students preparing for the IIT JEE exam are usually between the ages of 17 to 19. This period can be especially challenging, as they may face various distractions. At this age, students might experience feelings of love and other personal issues that can affect their focus.

I was preparing for iit jee in 12th and i started crushing on my male friend and then thing got shitty real fast and depressive for me. As i was preparing along with regular school things became very overwhelming and unmanageable for me i was scoring horribly in school as well as coaching. I came to my senses by november but i was at the deep end i knew that in 2 months it would be impossible for me toh do something because of my mental state at that point as well as my school and also boards were in 3 months so i decided to focus on them instead beacuse i was so scared that i didn't even knew if i will be able to fulfill the 75 % criteria for boards, thats how bad condition i was in. I also went through some friendship betrayal which added up to all of the conditions and my school enviroment was very toxic as well. I still remember that i didnt went out to play diwali with my friends i thought that maybe i can cover syllabus during this diwali break but the las day of the diwali break i was sitting in my room crying my mom came in she saw me and i told her i wont be able to clear jee and started crying horribly(my mom didnt really knew about iit jee she wanted me to focus more on boards it was my wish during 11th to prepare for it she just supported in things i told her but it was never her will) she game me a tight slap and told me that i have gone mad and i have been acting like this for past few months and told me to forget about jee and all and focus on boards. I went to one of my coaching teachers and told him sir i want to focus on boards i wont be able to come coaching it was high time so he said ok he told me to study from notes and after completing 12th syllabus i can ask him for guidance for april attempt but i totally dissapered i gained 10 kg weight throughout november and december i looked so horrible and constantly felt bad about myself, school was the most depreesive place for me. Finally i felt a sense of relief after my last board exam and went to one of My cousins for a break jaunuary 1st attempt(2024) went horrible ofcourse i did not preapre for april attempt at all because i wanted a break . Finally i decided to take a drop and and i have did a lot of progress since last year but i still have a long way to go 2025 is going to be my year and i know it. Btw i scored decent score in my board exam i was satisfied because i scored much more than many of the people who were scoring better than me in school's half yearly and pre boards although it was much lower than my true potential but i know the condition i was in so it was really better than what i could have scored so i am really grateful and jee 2025 i am coming for you.
This actually sounds horrible, I wanted to be as far as I can from these things as because of bad start of 11th I am very depressed and trying to focus on studies....

We were classmates in our school during 11th and 12th. She was a neet aspirant whereas i was a jee aspirant, She was really supportive as a friend and i wanted to have her in my life, So i asked her out after my jee advanced on this 21st June and she replied that she didnt felt the same for me. And i respect her views and words
Currently, we both are in drop year and supporting each other as a well wisher. Being in love doesn't necessarily means to be by each other's side but to support them by anything you can do.

@@sjkssjks1098 I'm a PCMB student, So in my 11th , I was in a Bio class, she was newly admitted to our school. She came in my life when I was not looking for love and became my friend. In the starting, I used to think that why are we friends even, coz we were totally different persons and we just had a subject in common that was bio. I used to see her as a classmate, as I was a jee aspirant I got my Class changed to mathematics section later. But as the year passed, our syllabus started to expand and there were times when I felt lonely and depressed and at those times I found her there standing for me and supporting me. No matter how much topper you are but you still need support and someone to rely on . And I accept that I did needed that support. Syllabus was literally harsh for both of us but she always had the time for me. It was not like I deliberately went to talk with her, but may be it was destiny that whenever I had bad times I found her by my side, we just happened to cross each other and then we used to chat hearing every single word of each other and supporting each other. And this continued till our 12th.
In November, when our jee forms were out, I was scared a lot and stressed, coz my preparation was not that good till then, and the situations were so extreme that I had to go for a psychiatrist session. Even at those times, her words used to echo in my ears-- I believe in you and I know that you can do it. Honestly, speaking I did wanted to give up at that time, but it were her words which helped me to go on. And due to her I was able to write Jee Advance 2024. I sored a decent score(total positive - 60. I would have had been more but I just couldn't control
My negatives. But being a pcmbian it was a satisfactory score for me) but was not able to qualify it. Although, I didn't cleared it but due to her I'm ahead of a lot of crowd today. And so she was someone special for me and I wanted to have her with me.
Now as you asked that does it hurt?
I would say--yes it does. But, I was happy to have her in my life even it was for a short time. It's true that I loved her but we just can't force other people to love us back. I just want her to be happy and progressive in her life, even if she is with someone else. I support her with my everything as she did for me. Although she is not with me at the moment but I'm happy that my words did reached her. Yes it hurts but I'm happy for her. And lastly I would say that
Sometimes, God doesn't gives us those things which we can't handle, coz he knows us better than ourselves.

A part of me was sad for losing her, but a part of me was happy as my words did reached her, coz i did asked her out. i was a bit depressed on this thing for a month and a few weeks ago, i talked to her again and made things more clear between us. currently, I`m cheering/supporting for her neet prep, coz this is the only thing by which i can stay by her side. Earlier i had a thought that we won`t talk ever again, but being in love doesn`t necessarily means to have them for us, but to supporting them for their goal. and sometimes god doesn`t gives us those things which he thinks that we can`t handle coz he knows us better than ourselves. I just want her to be happy in her life eve if she is not with me. wish you happiness, Buddy.

I also have a slight similar story. I cracked iiser Behrampur in 2022. One of my very good female friend, stopped to talking with me and blocked me from everywhere. I had a huge crush on that girl . I also cried a lot (sounds creepy and Cringe , like Chapri nibba, but its true) . Then i decided to took a drop year, now I'm in IIT Guwahati. And most interesting things last year shivratri ke din (8 March) uska fir msg aaya. Ab toh mujhko bhi pehle jaisa interest nahi hain usme , na usko hain . Just talk sometime. Also life is going smoothly now.
