Been highly considering the switch to home health and your videos have been very helpful. I’m also located in Tampa, are there any specific companies in this area you would recommend over others? Or ones to avoid, there are so many hiring right now and it’s hard to determine which I should try to go with. Thanks!!

Depends on your EMR... Kinnser with point of service device use plus the templates i have built out included in my course have streamlined my documentation. With lots of meds and HCHB obviously would take longer. Also i’ve become very efficient at them by now doing so many
Misty Lackey again depends on how much documentation is done in home plus meds, plus if i have template already for a similar dx that i the customize . Beauty about kinnser is you can save templates as well - but yes almost all my notes are done same day
I’m 17 and I’m not sure if this is the career I want to peruse. I would love to help patients and I think I would be good at it but I’m more a physical and visual learner. I’m not a genius book wise. Do you think this field is difficult? Anybody in this field please let me know!
To be a DPT in the U.S. You need to get a bachelor's degree then a doctorate to be licensed. It's not difficult but you have to put in work and its a long process. Other options are PTA, which is an associate's degree and you work under the PT. Right now I can't recommend rehab for anybody unless you can due it cheaply due to pending insurance cuts and the average debt DPTs have. For PTA's the job market is also getting tougher. You don't need to be smart to do this or anything else, it's only about the amount of work you put in.
SONNY da CUSE Home Health Part A is a point system so usually 30 points a week which can be as few as 15 or as high as 30 depending on visit type. I’ve also seen more patients to go over productivity to get more $

Great video!
Thanks for the great info, learning a lot from your channel. How has COVID impacted HH (PPE requirements, etc?)
Thanks for sharing. Great videos. How do you deal with cancellations? I find it to be a major factor influencing weekly patient load.
Amir Javadi i don’t let patients dictate my schedule - if they are going to refuse pcp notified or dc for non compliance
