Actually I already tried parsley. With kale, apple, cucumber, lemon and ginger. deliciously healthy drink.

I juice celery all the time. And it's okay with celery. You just need to cut them into small sticks like about 1 inch long. Celery contains a lot of hard fibers. And they will stocked easily if you don't cut them into small pieces. It's still functioning well after all these months. No regrets buying it.
