As a Black American wishing she could afford to leave this country and move to China, I love your videos. The contrast of the modernity, the safety compared to the United States is like night and day. Your videos make an older black lady have hope she can leave this country for good...China looks as amazing as I imagine!

Advise from a Chinese. First I feel flattered that you have such a positive impression of China. But you need to be cautious about the decision of moving to China. I mean it will definitely be a good experience for you to have a vacation here, but living and working here will be challenging for many foreigners, mainly caused by language barrier and culture shocks. Also, China isn’t an immigrant country, obtaining residential status is very difficult.

It really is amazing. If you can get a international teaching certificate and get a contract (approx 13 weeks holiday a year, exceptional health insurance , flights home etc) with a good international school here ( Wellington College or Dulwich ) you’ll have a phenomenal experience. You’ll never want to leave.

@@JB-tz8fuThere are high speed trains between all the major cities. You can take them from HK to Shenzhen to Shanghai or Beijing. They are cheaper and more convenient than flying. You can also take overnight sleeper trains to save time and expense for hotels.

At least in communicate between locals these years, we have hardly heard of people who have both good tour guide skills and English proficiency providing services to foreigners and trying to make a living by this(actually we've heard that many such kind of people provide similar services to Chinese people in European countries). I prefer your vlogs because it felt more realistic and relatable because you're not some linguist and then there is no special treatment. Most of the youtubers that I like to watch, they always can speak the language and gets special treatment. I just want to watch someone whose just behaving normally and as tourist. Subbed to you and looking forward to binge watching your videos :D

The last restaurant is 佳家湯包, the best xiao long bao(soup dumpling) in Shanghai, imho.
