I tend to really enjoy Sennheiser headsets, but i cant stand that in 2020 a $300+ headset from Sennheiser, among other higher end brands can still be equipped with micro USB. If these were $100 or less id be more understanding of these things.
@@evo7836 I've used the same micro USB cables for years and there's no wear. They're also cheap and easily replaceable. You go ahead and pay $100 for that if you want but I think that's stupid.
Overall I like it despite being so inconspicuous; but for the price it is asking for some upgrades like ability to use conventional wire, longer battery life (they achieved that with the small brother), and maybe a case
Just got mine, wont turn on, haven’t seen the tiny light indicator work at all. Left it to charge overnight and prayed. The next morning I tried to turn it on and it said “less than 20% battery”, but thats it, I tried to do it again and nothing. So unfortunate when you think about the price tag. I anyone in the comments have a solution up their sleeve, please help.
The Provoked Prawn awesome! How would you rate these compared to the pro x wireless. Other than the seemingly “very limited” range on the gsp670, how would they stack up? Thanks!
I wouldn't even look at those Logitech with their inability to connect to the phone. If you are goong to use headphones only with your laptop you might as well save some cash and go with cables. The astros seem to be great but living nex to a military air base in a big city, isolation is very important to me.
Sad that the almost the whole bluetooth bandwidth is used for the clear sound that you hear but is lacking to make the mic sound good. Def not worth 250€ if you sound like a Taperecorder from 1990.
The Modmic usb alone costs around 120 USD and sounds the same (but it is overall worse) so there is not really a much you can ask from the mic on the GSP 670
@@ephektz Well we can compare shit to shit but that does not make it sound better. Its just not worth 250€+ for that quality. Just listen to the GSP 600 quality which is the same mic.

I don't think USB c is worth 100 usd. Is there any particular advantage to having usb c?
@@Niidea1986 doesn't wear out as fast as micro USB.

@@moriyokiri3229 I never said I would pay more for a USB-C port. I already own a Sennheiser GSP 670.
@@moriyokiri3229 lol my $50 razer has usb c. Would take it anyday over +$200 micro
Can't wait to see your thoughts on the audeze Penrose 🙂
Hopefully I get it then!

I just found your channel out! Im a prawn now! Have you used this on a ps4?
No, I'm a pc gamer
How would you rate these compared to the Astro a50 gen 4 and/or Logitech g pro x wireless?
Much tighter fit, not as comfy but great audio. I personally prefer Astros but the noise cancellation on these is fantastic.

Sound quality-wise, this or the Audeze Mobius?
Mobius imo
When you use the software does the settings transfer to the ps4?
I've no idea I'm afraid as I'm a pc gamer.

Good one... :)
BUT, why the terrible music?????????? It's terrible, and I want to go to something else, all the review time... :(
I guess the tunes are subjective. Sorry you hated them.
@@TheProvokedPrawn think it's no need for over and over music, in any preview video. You will do much better without. 😁👍😁
The design is so in your face that lacking rgb is almost a disappointment

@@TheProvokedPrawn a vs against Beyerdynamic MM300 (gen 2) would be interesting. Sound, mic, isolation, comfort :)
That thing is hideous. Mic sounds great, though.
It's quite bold isn't it. 😁
No it does not sound great at all.
