Hey Mike & Janet! Those are nice looking condos and you can't beat the location beside Ayala Mall. And the washing machine comes in real handy. Some laundry services don't do a very good job.
Enjoyed the tour of two different condo units in the building where you and Janet are living, Mike. Also enjoyed multiple in-the-mirror waves and smiles from Janet. 👍
I like the way you and Janet fixed up your condo and made it really nice and liveable.. when you were talkin about a grease trap were you talkin about that silver box underneath the pipes? Thanks 👍
These are small units, but once personal touches are added this size could be very livable. Comfortable chairs, a TV at eye level, and a computer workstation are essential.
For the grease trap are you talkin about that box with the shiny lid? Does the water from the sink flow through there or how is it hooked up? I always thought the grease trap was the elbow in the pipe coming down from the sink.. I like your apartment better than the other one because it has a big refrigerator and I like the table with the seats.. I will buy some folding tables to add to my kitchen and I would also buy my own hot plate and a big toaster oven combo broiler so I could broil a whole Chicken.. I would have crock pot and pressure cooker and rice cooker on my tables in the kitchen.. thanks for always showing the receptacles you can plug into because that makes a big difference for my cooking area..is the water paid by the condo? What utilities do you pay besides electricity? Thanks to you and Janet because I always enjoy your videos😊
That is a nice big television and do you have to pay for cable yourself or does it come with the condo? Is the TV a smart TV? Does the place have Wi-Fi for free in your room? I will be landing in Cebu and I will be looking for a place and I will contact your real estate girl that you showed on the video.. thanks 👍👍👍
Please put the price in Pesos. Is the USD the official currency of the Philippines now? Do you only want Americans to watch? I understand Pesos, not USD.
Lived there for a month in oct. 23 overpriced shoebox. Poor water pressure, poor hot water, inadequate AC. No internet, no cable TV. No stove, had to dine out every night. Horrible traffic noise. Avoid at all costs.
Nice video, but
No contact info for SABRINA in the description ?

Just your faithful viewer , TY GOD BLESS CIAO
Thanks so much
Thx 4 sharing need to install bum guns 😆 👍
Hahaha...yes for sure
I'm planning on going to Cebu City it Park less than $400 will be just fine for me
Nice option for a 30 day stay. Want to spend first year doing short stays and scouting areas for a longer 3 moth stay on next visit.
Sounds great!
Certainly are nice units. However, I deal with vertigo, and tall buildings freak me out. I could only live in a mid rise or lower condo.
The units are small.
Like a phone booth.
400.00 usd is probably overpriced by 50 to 100 usd.
Clean drinking water or bottled?
