    30s hangs (with feet on the ground if too hard) are also great for recovery from injury, so called "density hangs". Thanks for the video

    Very helpfull Video, I always struggle with fingertraining. Climbing is still new for me and I would like to see a warm up routine. (Ich finde deine Videos mega; Unbedingt weiter so! ;D)
