This pencil set is compared to a quality set.
I just picked up a set at hobby lobby. They seem pretty good. Have a good feel. Can't judge to much off not so good paper. In all fairness..my humble opinion. Collecting pencils.....addicting
looks like they cud have marked them up or packaged them wrong? looks like they are all 4B
Good review. I really appreciate the heads-up on products.
as always super useful. Many thanks. saved me a couple of quid. 😀
Excellent demonstration and very useful for those looking for fine drawing pencils. I've bookmarked the Hi-Uni pencil set from Amazon in case any of the kids or adults, show an interest in drawing. I was looking for a writing pencil for my wife that lays down a smoother, darker line than the common Ticonderoga 2HB. I bought this General set just to see which one she liked. They do write differently and the differences are more apparent then when drawing. She liked the 4B. I Have some Tombow B pencils coming for her to try. I hope she is happy soon, because I'm going to have more pencils than we will ever use.
If you want the ultimate in writing pencils, look at the Blackwings.
Thanks. You are very thorough: like a scientist. I'm the same way.
great review. I bet the KUM Masterpiece will work with these semi hex drawing pencils.
Great video bud, have you tried all the different Tombow pencils? (R,J,Mono, Mono100, I think there may even be an "S")
Thanks. I recall doing the Mono100 2B, the Mono 4B, the 8900, the 2558.
Nope. Looks like I'm going back to my Tombow Mono-J pencils
Maybe I could try the General's Kimberly 525 (NOT 9XXB) standard diameter
I had these cost about 4 or 5$ at a Ben Franklin
I wish you did videos on erasers!
