- How to sew a buttonhole and button on a sewing machine. This is the February 2024 sewing machine from Lidl
A silver crest machine with basic functions but enough to make your new fashion wardrobe.
This is a good video, it's a help to me how to use the sewing machine , thank you very much🎉
Very useful video and a great help as I embark on sewing lessons in an after school club for primary children . Thank you x
Wonderful! Kids seem to grasp this much better than adults for some reason. They’re not as inhibited I think x have fun!
Love your videos. Keep them coming. Always learn something new.
Thanks, will do!
Hi Abi. great video again.
Thank you again🌷
These videos using this Lidl machine are a great help teaching my daughter to use it. (We have the same one)
She would love to make a simple zip coin purse. So please could we have a video on how to do that.
So we don't need to worry about using the slot thing on the foot for a button? We had hours of fun trying every which way to understand it!!!
Zips would be lovely as next video!!
No. The slot is a good guide to help you keep straight - but I’m not a fan
This was super useful! Great vid and thanks for sharing 😁
Are you happy with Lidless Silvercrest sowing machine?
I don’t think it’s amazing but if you look after it it’ll be okay x
Hi.thank you very much. This video IS very useful.I bought a second hand machine without its accessoires nor its book. How Can i get them?
Hi Abi .... Do you have a video please on coverstitch machines? I dont think there is anyone to match you on unbiased knowledge about everything to do with sewing n machines!!!
Thank you Jools that’s so kind of you to say x I’m afraid I’ve only played with a few. The babylock is amazing but I don’t use them enough to warrant having one. I do have the brother and Janome models which are acceptable. Maybe a video is warranted though 🤔 xx
A video is always warranted!!!! Thank you Abi for this information, it is such a difficult thing to gauge I think is a coverstitch machine unless you spend heaps of money it seems?
