is union sam have -delay? i use halios instead of u.sam ai and my item delay not enough, i hve the exact same eq xtall and al with u except u.sam red i change to halios

Do u ever try fel 2s or solua 2s ? Both of it is counter too but have atk %. Maybe it help u higher dmg like 2m?

Usam set skilldelay -3sec
