My fairly new, barely used LG-VC my daughter while emptying the dirt threw the foam pre filter (the one which u wash along with the mesh in d end). The company no longer has d product and I am unable to get a replacement. Just for that I can neither use nor throw d vacuum cleaner. The machine makes quite a sound and I assume it's because of the absence of the foam. Where can I obtain that foam or what could I technically use as a replacement. Could u pl advise. Thanks. Ps. The piece is packed and in the loft. I do not know if d hepa filter too is lost in d dirt.
